Affordable and delicious. Really enjoyed the crab dip their music selection could use some work and decor upgrades but the food, drinks on point. If they revamped the spot I would go more often.

So this review actually concerns both Mack's Grill and Celtic Tiger Tavern. As we understand it, they are run by the same people (we tried going to Celtic Tiger a while back and the staff there told us then that the systems were down and they couldn't get a hold of the only person who could fix it, but we should try Macks instead). Also, the picture I'm posting shows when Celtic Tiger posted their St Paddy's day blurb that 'to go orders are available at Mack's' further supporting them being run under the same umbrella.Why is this important? We called Celtic Tiger as google says they are open today until 11pm.I mentioned to my friend we could ask Mack's to see if they had more information. My friend called and confirmed they were next to Celtic Tiger. Then asked if Celtic Tiger was open as no one is answering. He evidently said they were always closed on Monday and Tuesday. My friend very politely mentioned they should probably update their(Celtic Tiger's) hours on the internet. The guy on the phone responded with "Shut the Eff up, I don't have effing time for this 'shoot'" And hung up. (He was on the phone less than two minutes, I'm not even sure it was whole minute to be honest.)I can't actually answer to the food, but I'm not going to try a place that is so rude, understaffed and/or nasty that they cant take a single minute to answer a question about their sister restaurant (seriously they are RIGHT next to each other and clearly run by the same people). The group that runs both of these restaurants seems horrible at the staffing/updating/communication side which sucks because when Celtic Tiger is open, they had good food. We actually were in the neighborhood and were going to give Celtic Tiger another shot, because the food was so good and in the hopes the people behind them had gotten better with communication, posting correct hours, you know any sort of basic courtesy towards their patrons. This employee shows me the attitude that rolls down from the top. Mack's and Celtic Tiger are off my list of places to support. Good luck if you go there.

We’ve been passing Mack’s for a while and have never went! Decided to stop during lunch. We were only folks there. Waitress was awesome and the food was pretty good too!We’ll need to come back for dinner and try a couple different items. Different deals depending on the day of the week and alcohol menu looked really good!

Was looking for a good Burger that wasn't $13 dollars. Monday is $6 burger day. Good deal. I really liked the burgers both times I've been here. Great service both times I've been here. Cool music which isn't too loud. I'll be back on Mondays!

Great little joint, had some awesome burgers for a steal. Go on Monday where you can get any one of the burgers(minus the Juicy Lucy) for 6 bucks. I had the Spicy Cowboy and my wife had the Southerner. Both burgers were delicious and the sweet potato fries are AMAZING. Only complaint was that the burgers were cooked pretty thoroughly even though we both asked for some pink. Also had the Kansas City Pork Rolls, also delicious. Definitely coming back to check out more of the menu!

Dined in on a Tuesday night around 5. She crab soup was a bit too salty. Got the Que platter: pulled pork was excellent, brisket was ok, ribs were dry and obviously reheated several times to the point you couldn’t bite the meat off the rib. Sides were baked beans and cucumber salad, both good. Fish and chips was ok. Service was great. If I had came in just for ribs, I would have been deeply disappointed. Oh, house lager is great.

We stopped here while we were traveling and the food was very good and the prices were right. They weren't very busy as it was early afternoon for lunch but it was hard to get any refills on teas or water after the food was delivered. I would recommend the staff check back more often.

The restuarant was neatly arranged and the menu was well-rounded barfood though there is an emphasis placed upon seafood. If I tell you that something is good then you definitely should check it out. The burger I got was nothing earth-shattering. For me, the surprise was the sweet potato waffle fries. They were light, airy even, and the flavor was definitely worth a return visit.
This place has an inviting atmosphere and great food that seems untouched by inflation. The $6 for their signature beer and a shot (all day) is fantastic. All in all, it's a great spot to wind down after work!

Food was actually pretty good. It was the service that was lacking. Took almost 10 minutes to get a waitress to come to the table and wasn't very interactive or talkative . Plus it was dark in there which made it a little difficult to read the menu.

The absolute beat place in the state for fish n chips! Great food for an amazing price. I comwbfor the fish now chips most times, but there is nothing on the menu that I would not recommend, it is all great food. Plus, the staff are all very personable, and obviously enjoy their work. Something I am finding less and less of at other restaurants. Great for lunch break or dinner!
