I open the boxes and the pizza has slid to the back like they were thrown. Unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable. I will be writing reviews on every platform I can find. Marcos pizza, you’re a business, I’m a customer, act like that still has some kind of meaning.

This store is extremely disorganized. I placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday using the online app, and came when it said it was ready. I ended up waiting for 2hrs to get my pizza, they said if we wrote our names and numbers down on a sheet of paper we would get a refund. Never complained, put my name on the list and still haven't heard back. I tried to call about this today and the gentleman on the phone said I could not talk to the manger because they were too busy. They don't care, they are rude, and are probably understaffed to handle any kind of dinner rush, even on non super bowl nights.

Tonight my dinner is ruined. The crust was too hard irritating my throat and the ingredients fell off the pizza because it was sliced horribly. As you can see it was not completely cut. And the slices are not equal. Omg this is so bad.

Never had an issue until today. Ordered one large pepperoni magnifico pizza online at 4:28 pm and it was to be ready about 4:43 pm. At 5 pm it still wasn’t ready. They finally handed it to my husband cold and burnt. Normally it’s so hot you can’t hold it in your lap. He took it back inside. A girl asked no questions didn’t ask if they could make it again just gave money back. What customer service. Will not be back EVER again.

I order online weekly for carryout and my order is ready super fast. The pizza is hot & delicious plus Marcos has great specials. Tonight in addition to my pizzas, I got the CinnaSquares for the 1st time. We loved them, hot, fresh & great to drizzle on the seperate icing provided.
