I went to this restaurant and ordered through my app and accidentally put pick up through the drive thru. I went to get the order when it said it was ready and they told me you have to drive thru the drive thru. I am standing there, the only person at the counter. I asked for the manager and the manger refused to talk to me. I was purchasing the food for my wife and because they were RUDE she refused to eat the food after telling me she was starved. THIS restaurant is horrible, I will NEVER order from here and did not place a second order, I refuse to support a place when there are literally several choices! Unbelievable! I am a public servant and my church is huge and right around the corner, and I am going to make sure that everyone knows that this restaurant is RUDE and they don’t care about the customers.

Waited for food when she hurriedly put it down i was about to be on the phone and looked down had not even opened the Big Breakfast and saw hair on the eggs?….She gonna look at me and say well it ain't mine… well it could not be mine because I had not opened the lid up yet….so when I ask for my money back she tries to only refund me for the meal and was like the drink tooo?ummm i have on Purple lipstick and as she could see I had not drank that either…. If she was the Shift or General Manager... Or the man behind her….They need to work on their customer service and improving the customer experience neither apologized or seem to care... That my food had hair on it…?and as I can note.. I never opened the lid.. I use to have high regards for this location but today's experience with the food and service has totally changed my feelings...

I am not fan of negative reviews but this place made me speechless. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. The combination of disinterested and rude staff, unacceptable wait times, and a dirty dining environment has completely tarnished my view of McDonald’s. I would not recommend this location to anyone and urge management to address these significant issues immediately.

An absolute joke, food is largely inedible and staff just tosses the food to you with a blank stare in their eyes. Order will NOT be correct. Fries were like spaghetti and chicken patty was rubber. Even the lemonade hurt my throat. Stay away.
