Everytime I go there and order it always come back to me wrong. Like today I spent like $25 and I waited 15 minutes for my order for them to give me the wrong burger and I was missing a sandwich as well. They weren’t even busy it was completely dead in there and you’re making these mistakes. Make it make sense and grow up and learn how to do your job.

I wish there was a negative 50 because this store deserves it. I spent over $40.00 for food that was given to a dog!!! 40pc cold, old chicken nuggets, didn't get the 2 fries, didn't get 2 apple pies, and got the 2 drinks. It is after 10pm thinking I have food for my grandsons and gave it to the dog instead. This is a mess, and I will never go to this McDummies again unless I have money to waste!! I don't so I will never return and would advise any other customers to check you bags before you go anywhere. This really made me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not understand how you can give a receipt with every item I ordered but more than half of it was not in the bag!!! There must be Kindergardeners working there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dashers and uber drivers be waiting for over 30 minutes ,need to be faster with orders , McDonald's should be faster by now since how long they been open ,me and other dashers literally was waiting for over 30 minutes for a order we had to yell and ask the workers is that our orders sitting on the shelf ,very unprofessional, it was no name being called at all they place the order on the shelf and keep it moving, unacceptable

This place is a joke. They messed up my order I called the restaurant back when I got home and a female manager said they would put my name in a book and for me to come back to get the correct order. I told her it would be a few days and she said it was fine. Tonight August 30th at 9:49pm I came through the drive thru and a different manager refused to give me my correct order because again they did not write my name in the book. Worst place ever don’t come to this McDonald’s unless you like never getting your food correct. Will not be back!

This morning I got in the drive thru line for breakfast. When I got to the speaker I was told by the employee she couldn't take my order because they were backed up. I stayed trapped in the line for 10 minutes before I put my truck in reverse and made everyone behind me back up so I could escape. This location needs new management or close down. McDonald's used to be quick and efficient and now it's not worth the time.

My family and I frequently come here to play. I love that the play place has its own area with tables and a door to close it off so kids can’t run out. The staff is also really friendly! The tables and chairs in the play area have always been clean, so has the bathroom in there. I don’t particularly care for McDonalds food, but my kids do and they love this particular establishments play place. Always other kids to play with as well. Great rainy day spot, and you can actually kinda relax hahaha!

Night time is the busiest time here, so they need to hire more help for the night shift, or only accept mobile orders from the McDonald’s app to cut down on wait times.

(1) Sometimes there is a very slow wait for the drive-through. (2) Too many times frozen Cokes are not available because of running out and/or not ready. (3) Other local McDonalds state on the online ordering app when frozen Cokes are not available. I can't tell you how many times I've been told at the delivery window, after ordering and paying, that my order for frozen Coke is not available! It's maddening, especially knowing that other locations make that information known before placing the order online.
