Yall need to get yall drink machine together or clean it or something. There has been multiple times I’ve ordered a sprite and when yall hand it to me its pink last time I checked sprite is clear. I dont feel safe to drink it. And any time I order orange juice it literally tastes just like water. I try to give yall grace because yall be busy. But thats just down right disgusting and lazy of you all to not try and fix it and got the nerve to still be handling peoples drinks

This McDonalds on Western Branch is the absolute worst, please do not waste your time. The workers are rude, service is extremelyyyy slow & they will have you wait on food just to tell you they are out. I have given them so many chances & every time I am more disappointed then the last. I complained to one of the managers recently & he told me he knows this McDonalds is terrible. The owners of this McDonalds clearly do not care & it shows. Throw the whole McDonalds away! I finally have stopped going & started going to the McDonalds in Suffolk off of College Drive and they have way better service.

I have traveled all over the place & have been to at least 1 McDonald's in every state I have been to & this is the worst one I have ever encountered. Slowest service in America hands down!!

Kids work at this McDonald's and I say that by the fact that I came in at 9:45 for my mobile order and waited till 10:10pm and for 10 whole minutes I had a notification saying that my food was done and I still didn't recieve it. I watched some of them clock out at 10pm with their own food talking about making eachother and themselves food instead of doing orders and how they ain't gonna do anything else cause it's 10. Imagine not only neglecting your job while you're clocked in, but then actually chat loudly about not making customer food but making your own and your friend's food instead.
I walked out because I don't have time to worry about kids making my food just to get it ice cold and wrong.
