I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but the service I received at the Chesapeake (Eisenberg location) McDonald’s drive-thru deserves recognition! A couple weeks ago in the AM, I was helped by a younger teenage girl and a younger woman—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but they absolutely made my day.
The younger girl was so polite, cheerful, and clearly took pride in doing a great job. Her positive attitude was contagious. And the older woman—wow. You could just tell she loved her job. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth reminded me of what great customer service is supposed to feel like.
It’s not every day that you leave a drive-thru smiling because of the people, not just the food. This team went above and beyond, and they deserve a huge shoutout for representing the McDonald’s brand with pride and joy.
Kudos to the crew working today—you turned a simple food run into a standout experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope others get to enjoy the same level of service!

Personnel seems very lazy for not delivering order to table. On top of that they did not call out my order number. They just left it at the counter.

We occasionally stop thru this location and whenever Vicki is working she goes above and beyond to be friendly. She always has on a big beautiful smile and a kind word for her customers. It makes such a difference in tiny moments to be kind to others and we so appreciate that Vicki is such an example of this!

The french fries were fire, actually, pretty good. The only reason why it’s getting two stars. But I got two iced caramel coffees and it taste like they scooped toilet water into it. I didn’t even taste the coffee. It was just sweet toilet water. Absolutely disgusting

I like this place better than most of the other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to in the area. The food is actually made well, unlike other locations, and they never mess up my order. I’m glad that I get to spend my time at this location on my laptop because this place is open later than the Starbucks nearby.

The bathroom were disgusting and they’re pee on the toilet The toilet really really need good cleaning because it was stinky in there and in the bathroom stalls, there was either water or pee on the floor and I stepped in it And when we ordered the 10 piece, chicken nugget and we order sauce to barbecue sauce and we didn’t get any. We got two sauce for two person and we ordered sauce and we got two honey sauce, but we asked for four barbecue sauce and the worker there were laughing when we asked for the sauce and when we’re complaining to them So we asked what is your problem? And they didn’t say anything……………… in the worker, stared at us while we asked for more sauce she was a black girl with two low bun with the braids on her head……

Its a McDonald's. Not a bad one, not a great one. Its what youd expect from a McDonald's. Ive never had a problem here
I do love this McDonald's but youall need to put a height bar on you drive through ordering section because a truck with a very large boat on a trailer went through there the other day. He was on the outside lane and after he ordered he pulled forward and prevented everyone in the first lane from being able to move. In fact he almost hit the awning. Youall need to put a sign up no trailers and put those hit bars up.

They Care more about the people in the Drive Thru than the people in the Restaurant. People in the Restaurant have to Wait and Wait and Wait! They need more workers there!
Kid-friendliness: They care about children... they just need more workers thereASAP!! It Got Busy and the people inside kept having to Wait and Wait and Wait!! It Wasn't Good!!
I go here every other day for a nugget meal and a large mocha frappe. This is the 5th time my mocha has been put in as an iced mocha. And the size has been changed. Today I went and got a large and they mixed it up again. This time they gave me a small while I paid for a large and was heading to work so I didn’t have time to change it.
