Starving, ordered just now in drive through, 1/4 pounder, no cheese no pickles, well done. I get a 1/4 pounder, NOT well done, TWO pieces of cheese, and no ketchup or mustard!! RIDICULOUS!! Update: They replied below to contact them through a link that simply asks for ALL my personal information! Really McDonald's?? THIS is your solution?? A vague corporate link starting with collecting my personal info before addressing your bad service?? NO THANKS!!

I went in that location before had an employee told me he was gonna spit on my food after I told him when he scratched his face to pop his pimples, he needed to wash his hands. The owner of the location took care of the issue never had an issue after that other managers that work there are very respectful, but the female manager that works there with her daughter and her other two children is very disrespectful. I went into that location today and ordered A quarter pounder deluxe, a double quarter pounder deluxe, the manager threw it across the slide and it came out. The container did not replace the order after she did that and said that’s how it goes so I am telling you I would never ever go to that location if her and her children are still working at the location as her as a manager poor management skills. I am very dissatisfied with that location based on all my experience if her and her family is not working there. I’ll be gladly to go back to that location cause all the other employees are very respectful in a managers other than her a very respectful so like I said, I would never go back to that location because of the experience I just received.

No aspect of my 60 dollar order was correct. Double quarter pounders with only one meat, no mayonnaise order with extra mayo, ordered a chicken wrap didn’t get it. The only thing that was correct was the chicken nugget happy meal

One time I went to get McDonald’s and I came here but the machine for the drive thru was broken and they was no sign then after that we back up and go to the other machine and then someone else drives to the broken machine and THEN IS WORKING FOR THEM? WHAT IS THIS? Also McDonald’s harshbrowns cost too much my teacher try to get me 2 today but 2 NOW COST 7 dollars? It just to be 3 DOLLARS WHAT?

Kiosks didn’t print receipts for register payment. Employees busy messing around to take money for order, refill lids, napkins (didn’t put them in receptacle at all), make sweet tea lemonades. Gave away large drinks when smalls were ordered. Took 20 mins to get food after payment.

0 stars. What is this!? All fast foods are now forcing all mobile orders to park. Today is the worst I’ve seen it. All parking spots for drive thru parking full. All spots for mobile order full. All other nooks and crannies to fit a car full. I literally could not leave once I got my food due to cars being parked behind and next to me. Next time I’m asked to go park in a McDonalds fast food line I will say no give me my money back. That is if I ever come back!

They couldn't handle the volume of the busy morning. Had a new guy at the drive up window abs he was all out of sorts. Our order was incorrect and we had to correct him 3 times. I didn't yell or get upset I just wanted me order to be correct

Super friendly and personable service. My children talked an employees head off and they were so pleasant and patient with them. The manager was also very friendly. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. My food was made to order and hot.
