Never, never again will this place get my money. I went there today to get 2 Filet-O-Fish and fries, they really tore one slice of cheese in half and put each half on the 2 sandwiches. The fries and fish were cold so I was unable to eat that trash. It was a waste of $16.32.

This McDonald's food near Chesapeake Regional hospital was inedible. I literally threw my sandwich out as it was rock hard. My parents food was just as bad.

I watched the girl pump 12 pumps of vanilla in my medium iced coffee . Let’s just say I had to throw it away when I got home because it was so bad. Not to mention they forgot to even give it to me I had to wave her down which is fine and all but it made it worse that it was made incorrect.

I came by to the drive-thru window to give the card to the employee who works in the first window, but she wasn't there, so I drove past to the second window. After I did that, the employee who worked on the window I just drove by along with the other window's employee both gave me a dirty look and the silent treatment as they took the card and gave me my order. It was just a mistake, but they don't have to be so unprofessional and rude about it.

It’s 224pm on a Monday. By far the worst shift to serve food. You’re in drive through for at least 25 minutes. You finally get your order, no ketchup or sauce for the nuggets that you’ve requested. Not friendly either at 2nd window. It’s obvious someone needs to go through customer service training. Stand clear of this McDonalds during these hours. Terrible service and the food is cold. What a waste of a lunch.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. Employees will laugh and carry on conversations in the middle of taking orders. Trash debris rolling around parking lot. One car at a time being served from ordering point to second window pickup point. Worst staff I've encountered in every aspect of customer service. Friendliness-0, efficiency-0, food-0, service-0......I could go on!! 0/10 Would not recommend. Was given a double cheeseburger 3 days ago that was clearly sitting for quite sometime. Bread was hard on half the burger....cheese looked gelatinous, and The drink carbonation was non-existent! DONT EAT HERE!!! Clearly food service is a joke here!!

2nd time in 2 months I come into this McDonald's and have to walk out. 1st time people waiting on food told me good luck because they were waiting on food for 20 minutes. So I left without ordering. This time the restaurant was completely empty, sign light wasn't on but the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I knew they were open. The computer kiosk were all closed and even though they see me waiting at the register all workers didn't even acknowledge my existence so I left again without ordering. That McDonald's is at a perfect location by a hospital but lacks customer service and fast food is not fast food there. Definitely won't go to this McDonald's again. It's busy losing business.

During the current Pokemon promotion I ordered for a kid's birthday party for 10 kids. Not only did I get 9 instead of 10 meals but I watched as an employee stole the packs and mutter "they're just kids, they'll be fine". If management can't keep their crew in order and prevent theft then they need to be replaced.
