I thought the point of mobile ordering was to make things faster and easier. It did none of those things for me. They took the order of the car beside me that pulled up after me before acknowledging my car, then handed me my order with no hashbrowns in it when I ordered 2 meals. I also had no napkins, silverware or syrup for the pancakes. I park and go inside, to then wait until every car in the drive through was serviced before receiving my two hashbrowns, which gave me time to notice there's no floor mats at the doors and the floor is slick as hell because it was wet outside, and no wet floor signs either. Perhaps try a different location because this one seems too busy, I know I will.

Very poor service, cold food and unsalted fries, and the worst part about this location is not even the food. The service here is dismal and rude, I would rather drive further for better quality. Also the order was wrong twice, ended up going home with a “fixed” order only for it to still be wrong with missing items in an order that only consisted of 2 standard meals. If every other fast food restaurant can get this stuff right then this shouldn’t be acceptable.

Stale bread on double cheese cold sandwich , terrible service by a blond long haired guy “that it, that it”’after the first item requested. Rude low quality even for McDonald’s couldn’t eat the meal. Bad experience.

Cold 19 piece meal Cold fish sandwich (no combo) Waited in line 15 minutes in drive thru for $17 of Cold food ,the drive thru was packed so why the cold food ? With barely legible receipt to identify items on it Your Fiests get done wrong on a daily basis👍

Big mac has tremendously shrunk, it's now the size of a junior burger with an increased price, & salty, too. Not worth the money. I wished it's competitive with Burger king whopper that's a lot bigger, & has the same price.

Go through drive-through and you try to get the things that get you the pieces and they’re purposely giving you stuff without it. You asked for a water and then they don’t give you the water. Gonna bring it out to you and then they don’t bring it out to you when you go in. You still have to wait five minutes for flipping water.
