The young lady working the drive through window had us wait and the called me and the car in front of me down and she had a disturbing attitude and told me after I was trying to say I ordered a large sprite not fry she says yeah that’s what I thought.

I had a disappointing experience. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, only to realize it had been completely forgotten. I finally went up to the cashier to ask about it, and only then did they start making it. No apology or explanation was given. It felt like I was invisible the whole time.

I don’t know how else to thank the crew that was on shift today. My order was messed up due to a technical glitch. When I realized it was taking a while I went to the counter and they were kind and professional and got me my order right away. Great experience!

Unfortunately, I have to come back and changed my 5 star rating. Today was horrible. Over half of my order was wrong. The food was crammed in the bag but I was able to catch the missing happy meal. I get all the way home before I realized 2 mcdoubles were missing, my tote of cookies and an extra fry for the happy meal. I had to go back by the time i got home for good everything was cold and drink watered down.

I wish there was a no star that I could give this place. We were leaving back to Jersey and my son wanted some quick hot cakes. Not sure who is in the kitchen but apparently it’s a male and he needs a beard net or something. As my son got 1/2 way through his hot cakes he saw tiny hairs that resembled those of a beard which he doesn’t have. He’s never been car sick but he didn’t even eat dinner from our 5hr car ride home because he said he felt sick. Hopefully it was just hair in the food and they not playing in people’s food. Was a lot of young kids working the drive through from what I could see

Get your reciept and calculate your change. Don't split cash and card either with them either. You think you paid the correct amount on card vs cash you gave them but you'll find out total charge on only card. While keeping cash... speak clearly also so they don't charge for 2 items when you ordered 1. It's mcdonalds after all 🤷🏾♀️
I will never come to this McDonald again. My food was cold and when I told them they give me attitude.

The worker kept messing up orders and they did not switch the guy out even put the hard end of tomato on sandwich i don't think I will be coming back to this location. Even when I heard the other customer say there stuff was messed up the other employees said the name of the guy that was messing everything up if you don't want to work quit.

The general manager of this establishment stole money from me and banned me after they took ok my money due to an error on their part. She told me she couldn’t give me the full meal but would give me a $1 sandwich to make up for THEIR error. Instead she never came back and the police were called. Never got my money back and have never been so humiliated over all over a sandwich. I pray the light skinned manager who refused to give me her name working the lunch rush on 2.17.25 on volvo reaps what she sows.

McDonald's is always the go-to for breakfast and coffee ☕️, but I went to another location this time and was not too satisfied! 😔 My usual location on Military Hwy actually scrambles my eggs, but this location makes the square like on a biscuit and I didn't like that for my 2 sides of eggs that I always order and the latte machine was down, so I couldn't get my needed coffee!😔 My cashier was nice, but the order taker was rude!🤬 I continue to go back to my favorite store!
