This is probably one of the worst McD’s in the area. Especially during the day when the younger people (without work ethics) are workingToday we went and placed an order. Get to the window and every car in front of us was told to park. (3 cars ahead of me) arrived to window asked to park, I asked how long since it was a lunch break. The response was “ welll there are three cars in-front of you” I asked for a refund. The person at the window asked me to park again. I asked for a manager. The little manager comes over and asked us to pull up to door. I told him no thank you, I’d rather wait in the window for my refund. The small statued manager stated “ you are still going to wait” my response was “I’ll be waiting right here” another employee came to window to ask me to move since I was holding up his line. HIS line is not, my problem! This happens all the time at this locationThe staff is rudeThey are unprofessionalThey have conversions with others on the mic when you are attempting to order!The food is overpricedThe list can go on……They will always remain busy so customer service is not the top priority at most of the mcDs.Well good day!! Train your staff betterWhere is the McGeneral Manager who should be reading these reviews!?!!

The young lady (20ish years old) @ 12:59 pm in the drive thru (handing out the food) at this particular restaurant was NOT HAPPY to be at work. She didn't say hello or ANYTHING. Handed out my food, my drink (no words still) closed the drive thru window and I didn't leave because I hadn't received my 2nd drink. She then noticed I hadn't left & the said "what!!!" I then said my drink, my dr.pepper. she rolled her eyes & snide quickly closing the window not letting me tell her that I also needed a couple more of the honey Mustard sauce. So when she came back to the window I said to her. I also need a couple more sauces. she asked her co-worker to get them for her and now her body showed how disgusted she was with me. I used to be a manager at a taco bell long ago. I always said if your not happy today I'm going to put you in the back away from customers. She needed a break I'm hoping.

I really used to enjoy McDonalds... the quality of their food has really gone down and I don't really enjoy it anymore, not to mention the price increases they have instituted. Staff here are great though and are friendly.
A great location honestly. The food was freshly made and hot and the service was pleasant. A nice stop off a road trip for the family.

Ordered my food through the drive through at 8:20 pm. I Finally got my food at 8:47pm. Good thing I didn't ha e to sit at the window, your TTL'S wouldn't be good!! ??♀️
