Staff at restaurant dismisses service requests (I just asked to see the menu which was not displaying on the drive through) and report that management doesn't listen to concerns. Guessing they whine to management like they do to customers. Restaurant needs to replace staff that does not want to service customers with courtesy.

Food was cold and not made right. Staff was very slow and very unfriendly. It took me 35 minutes in the drive thru. The staff all had sour looks on their faces and seemed inconvenienced when you are waiting for the food and drinks. They had an attitude when I asked for a straw. Never smiled or said really anything unless you spoke to them. This isn't the first time I encountered this. This happens on a regular basis

This happened around 11:10am on 2/1/25. The lady working the front counter, wearing a crew neck sweater and the curly black braided hair had THE WORST ATTITUDE I’ve ever had for customer service. I asked for fresh fries with my order and they gave them to me completely burnt. I walked back inside and kindly told them they were burnt, she throws them away all aggressively and said she made those herself. She then says “ gotta wait five mins “ , then walked away. When the second set of fries were done, she handed me the fry, turned her back, I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge me. VERY RUDE and should not be in customer service if someone takes back food. Seems like I completely ruined her day over some fries.

Nuggets were fresh and crispy. Burger was decent, semi fresh. Apple pies were hot. Fries were fresh. Would have been 5 stars if my medium fry wasn’t the size of a small. Please fill the containers

Night shift needs to be fired I ordered my food came back twice and they still gave me reheated old ass food! Big white boy got smart with me on the phone and asked if I wanted his middle name too when I asked for his name to report him I will never return here and you shouldn’t either !
Although i did curbside, i saw that they have a newly renovated dining room. Food came out hot, and the order was mostly correct. They forgot the ketchup which is why they didn't get 5 stars for service.
