Horrible place to eat! This location represents the area for sure. This is not a friendly place at all. The customer service is piss poor. The people who work there are obviously there to get a check and could care less about the quality of food, presentation and service. Also, it is a bit uncomfortable walking out to your car with people hanging around the building. One man ran up on me trying to sell me body oils smh awful experience guys
Sitting in drive thru tonight 4 cars deep. Service is slow and the prices are super high for 2 items. I guess the high prices are to pay for the remodeled building. Portions are small like it's a serving size of fries for a child. These Baconator fries are COLD! This McDonald's needs to shut down like the Burger King on Indian River Rd/McDonald Rd in Chesapeake. It wouldn't be missed at all. Customer service sucks just like the food
I was there this morning getting my kids breakfast the manager seemed ok nice very pleasant however 😥 my food was rushed as they handed me my order manager made my smoothie however was kinda judgement when another customer asked for water told the lady she had to be a paying customer to get water so I went ahead paid this ladies tab so she can have something to drink instead of 85 cent like she told the woman she rang me up for a soda 1 some change then gave the lady her water...read full review
