Waited 30 minutes for two Mc doubles ridiculous how long it took for someone to even come to the register to accept cash let alone 30 minutes just to get two sandwiches made. I will be calling corporate office and filing a complaint as well as giving them a recommendation to close the doors.

I had an excellent experience at this McDonald's. The place was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they treated us very well and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The food was also really good: fresh, hot, and served quickly. Definitely one of the best McDonald's I've been to. Highly recommended!

McDonald's is a flop in my book. My wife and I just went to this one for the first time in a long time. We wanted some ice cream. I wanted a hot fug Sunday and she wanted a McFlurry. I'm a drive there we joked that the ice cream machine was probably out of service. I kind of wish it had been. The Hartford Sunday has increased and price by quite a bit since my last one. I think it was $3 and change. I think you got between 6 and 8 oz. The McFlurry was a little bit larger and 4 dollars and change. For these two items the total was $9.80 something. Wow!!!! Talk about gouging. A pint of Häagen-Dazs ice cream for us to split is almost half the cost and the toppings are mixed in. Did I mention that the McFlurry toppings just were poured on top and my wife had to mix them in with her spoon? Additionally the McFlurry comes in a whole new container, thin cardboard folded up ready for your ice cream to melt it's way out. The thin paper with no cover on the McFlurry would feel better emotionally if McDonald's did recycling and that was the reason behind the new packaging. it seems more like pushing profit margins then a genuine care for the environment to me. What I'm seeing is prices go up portion sizes go down and employees are not giving a crap about service either because of a lack of management. This could be caused by lack of incentive, poor training, low moral, company culture or something that the average customer can't see because they're not on the inside. Regardless of the reason it makes for an unhappy customer and poor repeat business when other establishments offer better in all three categories. No thank you McDonald's... Please improve your value proposition for customers. It'll probably be a while before I forget this and try again.

I used the drive thru I asked the lady do y'all have mocha frappe today she said yes I said great can I get a large she asked me a again what size I repeated my answer she took the rest of my order we pull up window paid and pulled up to the second window the young lady handed us our order she walked away but didn't hand us the frappe we waited and she eventually came to the window I told her I'm waiting for my frappe she said it's not on the order I told it was the first thing I ordered I said I understand mistakes happen I want the frappe and I'll pay
she left the window again came back and we had to get back in line I said it's a long line why do I have to around again for her mistake she left the window I waited for her to came back I asked for the manager she came I asked why can't someone ring it up on the front register and make it right she opened her mouth and lied saying the front was very busy I knew she was just trying to not make the drink not correct the mistake not be kind or professional it very sad to me to see people choosing to be rude and unkind because in that moment no one can have them be accountable for their actions and do their job they are hired for. They literally get away with the most ugly behavior. I don't recommend this location ever don't let location convince be your reason to go there pass it go to other locations for better service and food preparation done right. Life is hard as us don't need rude people adding to it

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! every single order is always wrong! You pay for extra items and they don’t put them on the sandwich! Every single order has to be returned. This place is just down right incompetent and so is the staff! I don’t know why the owner doesn’t correct the issues with staffing! It’s obvious they do not know how to read because if they did the food would be correct. Def time to reach out to the BBB because it’s theft charging customers for extras and not providing the product.

It is always clean and the staff is very friendly ? I don't know why but I feel that the food and the fries feel like they are really freshly made. Not like in other McDonald's where the fries are very cold or with a lot of salt and the hamburgers ? are all cold the bad thing is that you always have to ask for ketchup :"( it should be the law to always put it

Play this McDonald's is beyond Hood like every time you come here to bathroom trifling like like when they done messed up on your order they get a whole attitude with you because you want them to fix it even then you got to be mindful because they fixing your food you don't know what might transpire back there it it really is the worst
