Machine to make a shamrock shake is down. Everytime I come here the machine is broken. This is a multi billion dollar company. They can afford to fix the machine. 90% of the time I believe it is the worker that does not want to make the food.

I asked for a 6piece and small fries and a small drink. They tried to be sneaky to put it as a medium meal. When the only thing i seen it was on the value menu. Whatever lady was trying to dictate the trainee. Learn to train properly to ask your customers if you don’t understand orders. Instead of adding things to the order like i didn’t know what i was talking about. That you didn’t comprehend.smh

This McDonald's charge $2.49 for a single strawberry and creme pie, while another McDonald's charge $1.89. I always compare restaurant prices because you will not rip me off. I suggest other customers to do the same!
30 minutes in drive thru, gave me 3 nuggets instead of 4 and 5 instead of 6 and then had to refund me for food they didn't have. Poorly managed.

Trash, no customer service. Served me a cold burger and didn’t even apologize, not to mention it was a longer than usual wait. Then put the replacement burger in the same bag as the old burger. I didn’t have the chance to tell them it was half wrapped as they seem not to care. I love McDonald’s but the employees here have no understanding of customer service.

It took 4 minutes before someone assisted me at the counter, so that could order my food. A couple of employees noticed me but kept working. No greeting, no, I'll be with you in just a moment. McDonald's prices are ridiculous.
