Drive thru worker was too busy talking to everybody else to take our order and then the kitchen didn't make it right after we repeated it multiple times. Ugghh.

I need 2 large teas just to wash this dry burger down. Tasted like it was Sitting all afternoon and they just started lunch. I build myself up to be disappointed when going to these places cause it's all there is for where I'm at and it was still bad. For a place that sells millions of burgers a day you'd think you'd get better quality.

I am unable to order food at this location using the mobile app. The app says that the store is closed when I know it to be open. There are people actually in the store working and taking orders in the drive-thru, but the app cannot be convinced. I have verified that my app is up to date, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it still won't acknowledge that the restaurant is open. This is not a recent thing, this is been going on at this location for more than a year. Every once in awhile the app will allow me to order for pickup at the drive-thru, but never breakfast items. The app give me a message saying that breakfast items cannot be ordered at this time of day even though it is 6:00 in the morning. This is the only location I've been to where this problem occurs, including in at least two other states. It is reasonable to assume that this issue is caused by something that the restaurant itself has not correctly done regarding its schedule updates in the app. Sure, I could order food the old fashioned way at the drive-thru, but then I can't use any rewards points so why would I bother? Wawa's app works though, so I guess they'll continue to get my money.

Food is okay but almost every time I go in here the employees prefer gossiping with each other than actually working so expect it to take longer to get your food or drinks than other McDonalds locations

I ordered the $5 McChicken meal. Got to the 1st window, paid for my food and processed to the next window. I watched two cars pass food back into the window after being given the wrong things. I finally get to the window to get my food, the guy asked me if I ordered something that was not my order. I told him what I ordered, he gave me my drink and walked away. He came back and said they currently didn't have any apple pies at which another guy asked me did I want cookies in place of the pie. I said sure. I sat there for another 15 minutes watching the first guy ask several other ppl where my order was only to be asked to pull up to the 3rd window because they were waiting on cookies. I sat at the the third window for another 15 minutes when a 3rd guy came to me and asked what I ordered. I repeated my ordered for the third time. He came back with only the cookies I told him I never received my food. Another 10 minutes go by and finally I get my food. I get home and find this

The employee who spoke to us was an older black man. Extremely rude and even asked me what the hell did I want when I informed him that the kiosk wasn't working. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and another employee shoulder checked my teenage daughter to put something on the counter. We don't know any of them. It was extremely uncomfortable and this location always has people working that apparently hate their jobs enough to not care.
