I never review anything really, but this McDonald’s is the wordy one I’ve been to. Mismanaged and the food is bad. Twice I’ve waited in line, ordered got to the window and then they put a sign in the window before paying saying that they closed.

This is the worse McDonald’s in the area. I have never had a good experience here. They have two drive-thru lines and 90% of the time only one is open. Put in a mobile order and get there, and the line is around the building. I went inside to pick it up but was told I had to go through the drive thru to pick it up. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.

The service at this location is absolutely horrendous. On multiple occasions, including today, have had to wait more than 25 minutes for an online order. It is unacceptable that when you have online orders that are placed well in advance, use curb side pick up, and then still have to go inside instead to wait another 15-20 minutes for your order. Avoid this location because management does not care about quality.
All said and done- 37 minutes for an order totaling $9.50
I would welcome a franchise owner to reach out.

Ive had my fair share of bad fast food. But this, by far, makes it the most time consuming and irritating ive ever had. I went out of my way to only order my food when I was sure they were not busy and when I open it up quite literally every single thing was incorrect and had stuff I took off on. Not only that I received a small frappé when I ordered a medium. I went back to get my food remade and I kid you not it took them nearly half an hour to remake it. And the worst part of it is the lady insisted that the very very obviously small sized cup was obviously a medium. And by then it had melted. Also only one employee in the entire kitchen was wearing a uniform. I can only recommend this place if your into having the wrong food be made consistently.

McDonald's is a 212 BILLION dollar company and can't pay their employees enough to care about their customers? Spent $20 and got absolute slop, and didn't even get everything I ordered. Very telling sign, the fact they ask you to donate to the Ronald McDonald house when they're comfortably sitting on 212 BILLION is insane. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I think the point system needs more value for the money put in. Chicken sandwich is a free favorite but more sandwich options are needed.

I don’t understand how each time I have came here everything is messed up. No ice in the machines, no straws in drivethrough, food is always wrong, we’ve had our food given to wrong car then they try and give me the same food. How can you mess up this bad this much?

Thank you to this location for instilling with a new mission! In light of corporate’s public policy that toys CAN be sold separately from the happy meal, I will be purging any locations that refuse to sell them due to their management team’s or owner’s “policy” with a bad review. Feels great to expose locations that don’t meet McDonalds true standard and throw customer satisfaction out the window! (Equally, you can find reviews of McDonalds that have served me well. Thanks!)
