After ordering my food in the drive through. I had to park and wait for it. After the gentleman gave me my bag. I noticed I was given the wrong bag. They apologized and gave me my correct order with no hesitation. Good customer service.

Ordered at the kiosk to eat in and had a number for the employees to bring me my food, but they called out my number for me to pick up, and it was in a bag. I can take a hint that they do not want customers there. Service has gone downhill at this restaurant. In addition, after ordering at the kiosk, I paid at the counter but took the employees a long time to come to the register to take my money. A couple of employees just looked at me and ignored me.

It's a McDonald's. I occasionally go there for breakfast. Drive thru can be busy and has two lanes that can be tricky but it moves quickly enough and they've never messed up my order.
