Went to this establishment and one the customer service was horrible the cook at front cashier was a having conversation instead of attending to customers. When I explained my order was wrong I asked for it to be replaced. I could hear the cook back there mumbling, and then the cashier walked around the corner and started laughing at that point. It wasn’t a need for my order to be replaced. Go ahead and refund me my money there was no apology. Sorry for the mistake. Let us take care of it. Nothing it was all fun and games and mind you the time that I got in What’s 10:47 in the morning I can see why this particular McDonald’s only has a 3.4 rating on Google review

They always forget the toy and sauce in my kids happy meal including today. And when I told them the dr pepper tasted funny. He said thanks and never offered to replace my drink and shut the window and stood there. Im so fed up with this store id rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to get Mc Donald's. Ridiculous.

The drive through staff are always super friendly, food is AMAZING, and the building is well maintained.
Ordered through door dash and the store did not put the McCrispy sandwich in the bag. Bag had all the seals in tact so it wasn't on the driver.
Update: door dash returned my money. Tried calling the store directly several times. The phone rang once and then silence.

This McDonald’s is by far the lowest quality food I have ever tried to eat, but throughout the window for the birds. Sorry birds, I was on my way to a doctors appointment and needed to grab something to eat, I ordered a fish sandwich and the fish was. How do I describe a hockey puck? I threw it out the window weeks later I took my grandson in to get a happy meal his hamburger look like tasted like and felt like it had been heated 3 to 4 times and there was white Uzi plastic looking stuff coming out of the meat. I threw it away and will never go back again footnote the people at the window are very rude, except the guy that takes your money, and they display their private lives. If you go inside on their phones and at each other worst situation I’ve ever seen we will never go back again.!!!

I have never been more disgusted inside a McDonald’s. On Friday, July 4th, 2025, between 8:20 and 8:37 AM, I witnessed a young male employee (white, slim build, brown hair) on his break sitting at a table inside the restaurant — violently and unapologetically picking his nose like it was a competitive sport.
Not a subtle swipe. No attempt to hide it. He sat there, knuckle-deep, digging around in full view of customers like it was perfectly normal behavior inside a place that serves food. It was absolutely vile — I nearly lost my appetite, and I wasn’t the only one who noticed.
Frankly, if this is the kind of person you hire, you need to seriously reevaluate your standards. This wasn’t just gross — it was completely disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. If he’s that comfortable being so disgusting in front of customers, I can only imagine how filthy and careless he is behind the scenes.
Get this employee off the floor and away from anything remotely related to food. He clearly doesn’t have the maturity, hygiene, or self-awareness to work in a public setting.
Waited 30 minutes for take out. Crazy..
