On lunch break and this the first time I came here because my co workers go through here. Not only did they get my entire order wrong it's 12:04 as I'm writing this and they served me pies that they were supposed to get rid of 3 hours ago. I'll stick to wendys on my lunch break from here on out

I have never been more disgusted inside a McDonald’s. On Friday, July 4th, 2025, between 8:20 and 8:37 AM, I witnessed a young male employee (white, slim build, brown hair) on his break sitting at a table inside the restaurant — violently and unapologetically picking his nose like it was a competitive sport.
Not a subtle swipe. No attempt to hide it. He sat there, knuckle-deep, digging around in full view of customers like it was perfectly normal behavior inside a place that serves food. It was absolutely vile — I nearly lost my appetite, and I wasn’t the only one who noticed.
Frankly, if this is the kind of person you hire, you need to seriously reevaluate your standards. This wasn’t just gross — it was completely disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. If he’s that comfortable being so disgusting in front of customers, I can only imagine how filthy and careless he is behind the scenes.
Get this employee off the floor and away from anything remotely related to food. He clearly doesn’t have the maturity, hygiene, or self-awareness to work in a public setting.
This was stomach-turning, and I won’t be back.

I have ordered curbside or drive thru 3 times in the past 2 months, and every time the order takes 15-20 min MINIMUM. The staff is unfriendly and incredibly slow moving. Have video of them dropping food on the floor and picking it up to place it on the order counter. My mistake for hoping it would improve or that the first 2 times were short staff flukes. Apparently it’s always awful here.

I ordered my food at 7:33 and at 7:56 it was finally done. I tried to add a fry to my order and was told NO, they were too busy. Then when I wanted a refund because I was tired of waiting, I beeped my horn and was totally ignored. WORST customer service at any McDonalds I have ever been to.

I like when the staff treats me as if I’ve personally wronged them for placing a order at the restaurant, I’m so sorry everyone has to do their job and that I’m contributing to you having to work. I would be fired at my job if I had the attitude towards customers that they have here even the managers have issues
This has been my local McDonalds since I was born in 2003. As of recently into my adult years. I’m realizing that the service is great in the morning and into the afternoon. But when it gets to night time it gets very slow and they almost always forget something important. If it’s a small or large meal something is always forgotten and I’m just really tired of it. Basically if it’s any time past 7 it’s not a good idea to go for my family.
I love the morning crew though, my family and I are good friends with and are familiar with most of them.

Today 10-10-2024 I visited the drive through and was served an undercooked burger, I have been throwing up ever since … I made it through half the sandwich before noticing… I have never dealt with this before

After waiting in the drive thru line about 5pm today I pulled up to order. Politely asked the girl at the drive thru to repeat herself and was verbally accosted for simply asking a question. Needless to say I just drive off as I don’t spend my money where human decency is not reciprocated. @ management how about hiring people that don’t hate their job and have at minimum subpar customer service skills versus NONE

I ordered at the kiosk. No one had to stop and take my order. My number is called for me to go up with no welcome, greeting or acknowledgement. Food was barely warm, nuggets fries and hamburger. So disappointing but the 4 year old was thrilled. 12 bucks for the meal to get a new cup, come on. I wish for the days when the food was really good
