FAST food?! Ha! This place will make you wait longer than a sit down restaurant on a Friday night! Every single time! I will never go here again. They obviously need some training on how to keep a line moving. I dont write reviews, but this is so awful and consistent that I had to. Now lets hope someone who can actually help their place sees this.

I like when the staff treats me as if I’ve personally wronged them for placing a order at the restaurant, I’m so sorry everyone has to do their job and that I’m contributing to you having to work. I would be fired at my job if I had the attitude towards customers that they have here even the managers have issues

This has been my local McDonalds since I was born in 2003. As of recently into my adult years. I’m realizing that the service is great in the morning and into the afternoon. But when it gets to night time it gets very slow and they almost always forget something important. If it’s a small or large meal something is always forgotten and I’m just really tired of it. Basically if it’s any time past 7 it’s not a good idea to go for my family.
I love the morning crew though, my family and I are good friends with and are familiar with most of them.

Today 10-10-2024 I visited the drive through and was served an undercooked burger, I have been throwing up ever since … I made it through half the sandwich before noticing… I have never dealt with this before

After waiting in the drive thru line about 5pm today I pulled up to order. Politely asked the girl at the drive thru to repeat herself and was verbally accosted for simply asking a question. Needless to say I just drive off as I don’t spend my money where human decency is not reciprocated. @ management how about hiring people that don’t hate their job and have at minimum subpar customer service skills versus NONE

I ordered at the kiosk. No one had to stop and take my order. My number is called for me to go up with no welcome, greeting or acknowledgement. Food was barely warm, nuggets fries and hamburger. So disappointing but the 4 year old was thrilled. 12 bucks for the meal to get a new cup, come on. I wish for the days when the food was really good
I ordered a $10 chicken sandwich combo and requested light mayonnaise.
When I got home and inspected my sandwich, It wasn't really of any shock to me that they shot it out of a caulk gun in the middle of the sandwich.. like 6x the amount of mayonnaise that any person should be eating.
What's crazy is that this is the standard at just about every single place I order chicken sandwiches at. People are so lazy these days that they can't spread a quarter of a tablespoon of mayonnaise on your sandwich so it's not dry.
My kids loved their food, so that's why I'm not leaving 1 star, nevertheless; this is the start of me calling places out that mayonnaise bomb me out of laziness.
This isn't really any employees fault, but I did have to throw the whole sandwich away because it was just a giant piece of cartilage. I don't think I've ever had a chewier piece of chicken, which tends to make the mind wander negatively.
