I have alot of McD's memories. Always enjoy the double cheese with fries. Coffee is pretty good too. Staff works hard and is very courteous. Enjoyable visit.
Unfortunately has gone down hill.Food took forever and even gave me a over cooked burger and not the right order.

We always go to this McDonald’s for cheer comps and it has never let us down. The employees are so nice. The food is always hot and ready and I love that the place is always clean which you don’t usually see in a McDonald’s. It’s just a really good place to stop and get food, I recommend it.Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly towards kids. I have been in there myself and I didn’t know how to use a credit card and they went and help me out. They literally will help a kid out whenever they need to. I’ve seen them do it I just love that.

They are rude my daughter my wife's and mine sandwich were cold fries were ok nobody greeted us burgers were sloppy tables were dirty got the wrong sandwich I order a double quarter pounder deluxe no onions but I got a double quarter pounder with cheese nobody took the food out to us they said here come get so why do I have to put in the number of my table then. Bathrooms were filthy. My family will never eat there again. This was at 11 am so I don't understand why my food was cold. The tomatoes were soggy the lettuce wasn't good it looked brown. Thus was at 401 Centerville turnpike.

We waited at the counter for someone to come take our order. There were 5 employees standing around laughing and joking for about 4 minutes, watching us, before one came over to take our order. Sorry to interrupt your fun!

The worst customer service here. Literally just witnessed a manager (Jasmine) SCREAMING at a customer. Heard things like "I don't get paid enough for this-I'm short staffed" and "what are you trying to get?" Ummm excuse me??? Most managers are ruder than the regular staff. They make a lot of mistakes and are never apologetic. Literally will shove your order at you. I don't understand how they stay in business-the service is just that bad. I think it's now worth driving several miles out of my way to get better service. I didn't even place my order after witnessing this poor woman being harassed by an employee.
