Placed an online order for Sunday. Pick up was a breeze! Every staff member we encountered was very nice. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, cornbread, Mac and cheese. It was delicious! I'm not a barbecue sauce fan but Mission change my mind! Decided to order the Smoky Mountain sauce and man, WOW! It was tangy, smoky and sweet. I'll be back for sure!!

I always get the yard bird, it's moist and good. This time it's was dry as cardboard. If it's too far to dry back o would have return it. DISAPPOINTED 😞

I’ve always had great experiences with Mission, but today was disappointing. When we tried to order three of the 2meat combos we saw online, the cashier seemed confused, which made the ordering process more difficult than usual. In the back, one of the employees was tossing serving spoons in the air as if juggling instead of focusing on preparing the food, which didn’t inspire confidence.
We’re also used to being able to see our food before leaving, but this time everything was bagged and handed to us without the usual check. Since we’ve never had an issue before, we didn’t think much of it—until we arrived at my mother‑in‑law’s house and opened the bags. The brisket was almost entirely fat, the cornbread was burnt, and the salmon was extremely dry.
I called to speak with a manager, but I never received a return call. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially considering how consistently good Mission has been in the past.

This Mission BBQ never fails. The people are so nice, polite and helpful. The food is excellent. My husband and I both have brisket sandwiches this time with different sides. With our sandwiches were right on would taste and juiciness. Love the atmosphere with the military garb in the sayings. We always love coming back

I feel like this location has a great culture because every time I come here, everyone is so polite, friendly, and helpful. I’m not sure if it’s Mission BBQ’s culture in general or this location specifically but the vibe from the staff is fantastic. One evening, the person at the counter introduced himself by name and said to let him know if I needed anything. Tonight, someone delivered my food to me at my table because I didn’t hear my name being called. Then, she came back after a while to see if I needed anything. I really appreciate the professionalism of this staff. The food is always delicious. I’ll keep coming back. I am a veteran and I love the emphasis on veterans and first responders. Thank you!

Thanksgiving dinner “to go” was outstanding!! Smoked turkey was amazing!! Mac was delicious and the green beans!!!….So good!! Tons of food!! We literally ate again two more times with the leftovers.

We had our Thanksgiving dinner catered and we could not be more pleased. Not only were the serving sizes more than adequate, the flavor of everything was beyond our expectations! The heating instructions made our turkey, and everything else, taste like it was served right out of the oven!! Most MOIST smoked turkey EVER. And, they added in cranberry sauce and banana pudding to our surprise, and it was quite possibly the best I've ever had! Definitely considering ordering our Christmas dinner from them while we're in Nashville!!
