pure laziness. i got a blt and there was literally no tomato. just the end sliver pieces. absolutely livid and disappointed. wasted my money. and im only so mad cause i adore mister jims. especially their blt's but this is the second one i've got where someone was obviously just too lazy to refill the tomatoes

If you enjoy soupy sandwiches, this is the place to eat. If you like pink hair in your french fries, this is the place to eat. If you’d like to clean your own eating area because the staff can’t, this is the place to eat. Used to be half decent place but it’s gone downhill.

Today at lunch my wife and I went to Mr Jim's. We mentioned that we had our first date at Mr Jim's 50 years ago. After we got our order the manager came by and gave us a gift certificate to celebrate that we still came to eat there. Later the owner came by and said hello. What a great gesture from very nice people. The food isn't only great the people there are as well.
Love the food but they always forget the fruit cup with the kids meal and tonight they alsoissed my extra cheese even after he read the whole order back to me

This was my first time trying this restaurant because me and the wife want a good Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was juicy and flavorful. The steak fries are fresh and crunchy. I would have posted a picture but I ate it all. Next time
