I love MOD Pizza. It's a very smart and organized custom pizza place. You choose your size and then get it loaded with whatever you want. A quick oven fire and it's ready to eat. Good seating option.

Tried MOD for the first time and what a disappointment it was!
Online Order was placed 3 hours in advanced only to have it cancelled. Store didn't apologize or make any attempts to rectify the matter after I called numerous times
Store was notified and new order placed but when I attempted to give the my cc # Paula said she would transfer me to someone who would take the information.
Needless to say no one came to the phone so I hung up and call back only to be told they can't accept a cc over the phone.
This would not have been an issue if I was picking up the food but someone else was already in route to retrieve the food with the assumption that it was paid for.
When the Pizzas arrived they were super small (personal size),dry, tasted horrible and paper thin. In addition I didn't receive my side sauce. Such a waste of $23.00.

Would not recommend MOD.
Pizza Hut is much better.

Not sure if going inside is better than carry out but we use to love this place but lately the pizza is very bare and not made well seems rushed. Sad because we use to eat here almost every week but last 3 visits have not been well. Do not think I will be going back anymore already recieved apologies and free food but not worth the wasted time and disappointment.

BACK AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD AVOID ITS NIT LIKE IT USED TO BE ... IF THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER THEYLL PUT YOU ON HOLD 10 MINUTES THEN ASK FOR ALL KINDS OF INFORMATION AS IF YOUR LYING. RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION.

Absolutely delicious. Waaayyyy better than I expected for a sub $14 pizza. Looking forward to tomorrow so I can go back. I tried to call in an order, don't ever bother doing the automated service is terrible.

I am the manager at a doctors office we ordered pizza for lunch at 11 we did not receive our pizza and when calling the place of business we where told “that’s not our problem “ horrible customer service

Writing this mostly for the service. Don was the one fulfilling my order and he was excellent. Even though they were short staffed on the Sunday afternoon I went he was hustling and didn’t make me feel rushed during the process. Will definitely be returning here again for the service.

So when I went here it was really busy. The station where they made the food , you could tell needed attention. The tables some needed to be cleaned and one had trash still on it.
The food wasnt bad though. The area for drinks and to return your plates etc ,also needed attention to be cleaned. The service was alright but hard to get order correct.
I just wish the restaurant was cleaner.

First time here and the clerk at the counter was rude. I left and went someplace else to eat.

Came here to get two pizza upon arrival was met with a very impatient rude and non inviting environment. Manager name Brent / was the one that was going to make my pizzas upon expressing politely my concern for the cross contamination of my pizza and pizza crust due to him wearing no gloves and putting my crust on top of another customers crust which by the way was raw leaving me to be concerned he shrugged his shoulders and simply replied that this is how he always makes the pizzas . Extremely unsanitary and by no means was he even willing to remedy the situation by taking the proper staff for safety and health reasons. The photo I submitted you can see employees in sweat pants no proper hair caps or gloves to avoid contamination.

Our pizzas were absolutely terrible. Ordered “extra crispy” and even still the thin dough was some how raw in the middle. Toppings looks like they were thrown on by a kid. We will never return. Waste of money.

First time here, service was top notch! Food was delicious and very affordable for our family of 4. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service, an attitude, very friendly, they serve you with a smile and desire to serve and above all Darian Bratten and James Williams who served us at another level thanks guys for the excellent service.

First time trying MOD. Pleasantly surprised. So many toppings and cheeses to choose from. Will definitely be back.
