Speed and efficiency are not a priority here. If you are going to do an order do it online you will take priority over standing in line. The business model is not designed to take care of customers who walk in the door, waited in line for 25+ minutes with three couples in front of us.

This was the first time I have ever been to a Mai pizza. I went to the one on battlefield in Chesapeake, and they were very knowledgeable. They kicked told me to create your own pizza and I could have as many toppings as I wanted. We also got salads. We got their little whoopi cake right? And drinks, and they were very helpful telling us about the. Rewards thing so we ended up Eating everything everything was excellent, fresh. Everyone was very friendly.I really enjoyed it

I arrived w/a group of 6. We were all able to sit comfortably in their booth. The staff was so pleasant. I love the spicy pizza sauce & LACTOSE FREE CHEESE 🧀 YAY‼️I asked what was the thickest crust they had, the staff told me the one he chose is the thickest. However, the crust was still thin as a cracker. I love thick crust, so maybe I’ll ask the staff to put two crusts on top of each other instead of one. Overrall, I enjoyed the “Subway” effect. They make your pizza 🍕 custom made & you can see the toppings that are available & tell them how much you want. I’ll be back!

Regular for years. When it's good, it's great. But honestly, sometimes the wait in line is 20 minutes on a Friday evening. Oh, and only one employee is servicing the line, one is pressing dough, one is servicing on line ordeds and two are on the oven (and somehow manage to burn a pizza. Thankfully, the dough presser remakes that pizza and goes back to pressing dough). Meanwhile, the line is wrapped around the door and the one guy making those pizzas can't keep up (he's a super nice guy). What I don't understand is why the dough guy or one of the oven attendants don't come over, get the line down? Needless to say, after standing in line so long, I decided I am done giving this location any more money and went over to Mission BBQ and talked about our Pizza alternatives in the area. If you find yourself in this situation, there are plenty nearby including Little Caesars, Chanellos and Wasserhund.

So these were our cheese sticks and they literally didnt have even half enough cheese for it to actually be decent. It was just bread. The build your own pizza is great but beware of certain items

My friend and I go there often. Great pizza. We like the crispy crust (but not too crispy). Lots of topping options. Comfortable atmosphere but pretty busy. The wait isn't too long, tho. Duck Donuts is next door. Often pop over there and either ruin our appetites but usually get them to go. Near Sam's Club.

Customer service is still alive. First time at this MOD and looking forward to another great pizza. Three of us and all vegetarian and they ran out of the plant based sausage part way through the second pizza. The guy was extremely apologetic and only charged for one of the two pizzas. It’s what should have been done but happens so few times these days. Pizzas were great and continues my belief in this restaurant chain being awesome!

Pizza was great. Love you can make it your way. It’s great for picky eaters and special diets with gluten free and vegan options. The place was busy but the service was fast.

Live my crew at Mid Pizza Battlefield. If my girl Ari is working I will make sure she does my food as she hooks it up just right. The whole crew is great and a great team. I am disabled and they always make sure my food is bagged right so it is easier for me to carry, they are awesome.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have been in there in a wheelchair and it is easy to maneuver and pull up to the tables to eat and now that I have an amputation they always make sure my food is bagged where it is easier for me to carry.
