The last few times I’ve come here I haven’t been greeted. I get to the counter and the employee is just staring at me waiting to order instead of greeting me or asking what I want. The lady that checked me out today was very off putting. I greeting her and said nothing… Just proceeded to tell me my total. Also the food is too expensive for the quality that you get. They barely give you any meat. You kinda have no choice but to get double meat. Moe’s used to be one of my favorites but I’d rather spend $15 elsewhere or at least at another location.

Food was okay, atmosphere was ok, the service staff was ok. The pickup process needs to be reviewed. The worse service came after a survey was completed. The GM Michael Lupien reached out asking for a call to discuss the survey. This man needs to find a new profession. To be a GM customer service should be where you shine the most he does not! He is very rude and condescending. It’s been years since I’ve visited a Moe’s location and figured I would give the new location a try. The staff there did their part so this isn’t about them to be clear. My only concern was about picking up mobile orders and turned to me never visiting a Moe’s location in the future. Hopefully if you go here you don’t cross paths with the so called GM!

Staff could use some retraining, specifically the young lady with glasses that works the register. She doesn’t know how to speak just make faces, grunt and put her hand out for money. The manger, who I’ve met on a few occasions from going there is super nice, can’t figure out what the disconnect is between him and his staff.

No major complaints. Wasn’t greeted when entered food was delicious. Staff was ok no one was rude they were patient with my family I as we ordered. In would return maybe order online though for pickup.

I had little to no rice and this makes me so upset…I would rather have a bowl of rice with a little or few of everything else including the meat honestly…but I made a mistake and added black beans and I promise you I had more beans than rice..I attempted to pick the beans but it was soooo many I was forced to eat more than I would have liked…and the bowl was basically empty by the time I was done…and it was dry and bland honestly..not what I had a little while ago but from a different location…my last time eating it is what brought me back this time but I should’ve gone where I had gone before… HUGE mistake…it was a pick up order..no plastic ware or napkins were given…thankfully, after searching forever, I found one in my car..I want my order replaced by fresh food and not so little rice..oh, and don’t forget the flavor!!
Staff could be more friendly when customers walk in. Overall our food was good. Would be nice if the green peppers and onions was separated. Especially for those that don't like onions.

Everything was amazing! I've been in VA now for 2.5 years, and unfortunately have yet to find my burrito place. Today 9/25 I have found my burrito place !! From the first bite to the last, my burrito was pure excellence. I will be back every week!

Great customer service by the entire crew. Cleanness is shown to be upheld throughout the restaurant. E.g. the manager is cleaning and maintaining the insides of Coke Freestyle machine. A rare sight elsewhere!

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes because the one single person I front of me wanted steak. They were cooking the new batch of steak, so she had to wait. But rather than moving on to me and my order while she waited, I was quite pointedly ignored. An online order was completed, so I know it wasn’t they were out of everything, I was just not even looked at until this lady’s steak was cooked. Never mind the wriggling and screaming infant I was holding in my arms, or my older daughter with me. I wasn’t even asked if I would be wanting steak, or notified the steak was cooking. I waited for 15 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. As soon as her order was done, the kid at the counter asked what I wanted. Suddenly I wasn’t invisible. That’s when I verified why I waited, he confirmed, so I left. It just blows my mind that the line forming behind the lady would be so unimportant as customers.

I absolutely love the Edgy Veggie Bowl, but when they put that Moe's sauce on it, it takes me to another place. That sauce is soooo delicious!Vegetarian options: I highly recommend the Edgy Veggie Bowl.
