Moe's Southwest Grill

We came here a lot when I was younger and living in Great Bridge. We were in the area again yesterday and decided to eat dinner here.

The service was great; the employee that made our food was pleasant and decently fast.

The food was good as well. My parents got nachos, which they enjoyed. I got a burrito, which was pretty good, but I found that the ingredients were not mixed very well in the burrito. I didn't get much of the meat until the second half of the burrito, and certain ingredients seemed pushed towards one part of the burrito, leaving very little of that ingredient in the other parts.

Overall, the experience was certainly not bad. If you like Moe's, you probably won't have a problem with this location.

First time here. Very friendly service. The food was excellent. And the hot sauce at the sauce bar was fantastic!! Wish I didn't wait 2 years to come here!!

The nachos were soggy and stale. Even the extra chips that came with our order were stale. Burrito was poorly made and wrapped. Never had a problem with this location before, but today was bad. Order was take out via app, and wasn't ready when I got there. I think we'll be trying the Chipotle across the street next time.

I tried the Homewrecker burrito and it was a huge disappointment. The service was poor and the burrito itself had bland taste and stale ingredients. I honestly can't believe I wasted my money on this. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

Could have been a little cleaner I was half an hour before close. I'll excuse it. But I wasn't crazy about was the rock hard tofu on the steam table and the wait time for them to make more.... I was grateful for the over stuffing of my burrito with that extra made tofu since no one else behind me would grab it..... I wouldn't want to see it go to waste anyway the manager was great she looked out for me on every aspect since I had to wait extra chips extra tofu and an extra wrap for my burrito because she had overstuffed it so all in all I only knocked off a star for a dirty store and having to wait for food that should have been ready I think it was really good and I am content with the score of four stars

Ordered food in the restaurant and dined in at moes and when I sat down to eat my food it was cold, as if all of the food had been sitting out. Requested a double bowl and they skimped out on everything but still charged me for a double bowl price. I do not recommend this moes location in the Chesapeake area.

What’s not to like about Moe’s ? But like all franchises it depends on the operator and that’s where this Moe’s shines. Such a positive team
environment and service acumen. The comfortable western decor and 80’s music takes me back to Mexican fast food of my childhood. And they make it my way ! The team offered suggestions and parings with the different proteins and flavor pallets. Add a squeeze or two ! of your favorite sauces and topping and your culinary masterpiece is hand rolled by a true artisan. To top of it off they have once of those awesome soda machines where you can get 50 flavors , or make your own hack ! (Pro Tip try the cherry mellow yellow) . Our family will be patrons of this Moe’s for decades to come or until we move.
