It's so hard to enjoy a restaurant as a person with a gluten allergy. Neat Bird went above and beyond to provide the best food and service. They are very allergy friendly and really go the extra mile for their guests. The GF fried chicken and flourless chocolate torte are heavenly. We also had excellent, friendly, and personalized service from our waiter, and the manager Brian. I can't praise them enough.

Dined in for dinner, food was good. Some staff were casually dressed others were in normal wait staff attire. It was strange when someone who appeared as a diner served our food but the food was good.

Love atmosphere and great service. Manager was outside and greeted us, sat us quickly. Did not like that the chicken is dark meat. Wasn't expecting that. Loved the Cole slaw. Waffle Frys were yummy. Wasn't worth the price we paid for our lunch, wasn't impressed.

Had dinner here for the first time. Service was amazing, didn’t get our waiters name but he was really accommodating. The (I think owner) stopped by to check in and I saw him constantly clearing tables and helping out.Food was pretty decent. Good portions and the sauces were on point.chicken was cooked perfectly and the hot honey carrots were definitely good. I will say the drinks were the best part. Had several different kinds and they were all delicious and well made.Deductions for how loud the music was, but it was a Saturday night so that may just be their vibe. It was loud for our taste but overall we will be back on maybe a quieter night.

So, I went here on a referral. I was told the food would be good. But when I walked in I was looked at like I didn't belong there. I asked to put in a to go order because I am at work. I just so happened to be in the area and it was lunch time. I asked for the plant based chicken sandwich and some tots. This is what was brought to me. A handful of tots and a slapped together sandwich. This is why I don't eat out as much this is a joke. And as I was leaving the lady at the front was walking by. I looked at her smile and nodded my head as to say good day. And she looked at me like she needed me to leave out of the area and fast! I guess a positive is that I asked for one bbq sauce and I was given two. Too bad the sauce was running and tasted very bad. I definitely wasted money because I could have made this at home for way less and had a lot more food.For clarity, the lady at the door was the one who took my payment for the order. She was the one that walked me to the bar. So if she doesn't work there, well there's more problems than just the food. And we can definitely disagree on the bbq.
