Horrible experience. We always come here when we are in town. The girl named Sarah informed me That they do not have anything for frozen drinks or any ice cream for my other order because or because they closed and put In Storage and hour and half before the closing time . She also laughed about it. I was embrassed and WILL never be back. I live in richmond and we go to the one in chesterfield Towne center and she said same owner good luck. Don't come at least 2 hours before closing because we are tired.

The owner of this shop is so kind! There was an issue with my order being a little “overbaked” (it actually ended up being perfect, just darker than I was expecting, and the owner was absolutely correct), but I was still just ok with how it was. Even though he knew he had baked it to standard, he went above and beyond to make sure I would be completely satisfied, and without me even asking, baked a whole new cookie cake and called me personally to offer it to me for free! That kind of customer service is so rare! I highly recommend this location, and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

don't order the f*** a** ice cream it taste like dirt, depression, and freezer burn. the emo kids at the register need to stop acting like they didn't give me musty ice cream and give me a refund. also this sprite taste like a screen shot. i hate it here.

I love this place. A true gem of Chesapeake. The cookies and brownies here are so good and always fresh. The staff is an older couple and they are super friendly and go above and beyond! They do have a military discount available, just ask. I come here every time I go to the mall and highly recommend it. Unfortunately the day I went was incredibly busy so I couldn't get good photos of how full the trays usually are. But they did have fresh batches ready to serve.

I visit when I want the perfect cookie. My favorite is oatmeal-raisin - always fresh and warm. However, Nestle offers some interesting variations of familiar cookies that I have tried and enjoy - one is a "sandwich" of delicious frosting between two chocolate chip cookies. Another is a chocolate chip cookie cut in a triangle shape with frosting - another favorite and an assortment of brownies. Everything is consistently fresh with a just baked texture and flavor.

The place opened at 12:00 on Sunday, 16 June and at 12:20 they still don't have cookies available for customers to buy.
I came here several months ago to get a latte while shopping but unfortunately the little old lady did not know how to use the machine (which was a press one). I decided to give this place another visit Wednesday while shopping for some shoes. Again the same lady was there. I paid for a hazelnut latte and she looks at the machine worried. She presses some buttons and turn around stating the machine is not working and she do not know how to fix it. Now I am just frustrated because I paid. I ask for a refund and she tells me she do not know how to refund my card. I tell her just give me cash refund so that I can leave. I do get a refund but no latte. Lesson learn twice. Avoid this place if you want a coffee or latte, because the machine is never working.

I was walking in the mall with my little brother and I really really wanted a smoothie or something cold to drink and I notice this place walking by. So I stop in. It's a little small coffee shop. They do sell other stuff. I got a mocha frappé. It was really good too. It was a good price for the size also.

Came here and was helped out by Matt. He recommended the black and white frappalatte...all in all this thing was the mammary glands. He was awesome and and was like like take a punch card and come back and see us again!!

The gentleman behind the counter is always sweet and attentive. When I first visited this place last year, I wasn't sure what to get first to try this cute little establishment out while I did some shopping. He asked me how I tended to like my coffee, either strong, sweet, bitter, etc. and he came up with something for me that was pretty darn perfect. I like small little places like this where the owner seems to always go the extra mile. Please give them a try. :)
