My food was done in ten minutes. I'm like wow i hope its done and of course I've been sick for the last couple of days sweet girl at the register and she was also helping to prepare the food but i prefer quality over any of that other stuff and this was my first time eating there unfortunately really bad experience and it was Valentines day and I was pucking my life away wanting to eat shrimp pancit my favorite like the Singapore street noodles at pf changs darn chesapeake doesnt have one! This place ticks all the boxes for classic Chinese takeout. Food is hot and tasty, did not have to wait long for my order, Woman at the front counter was very nice. The fried rice is a little different but still good.Listen, this is not some trendy, upscale, high dollar spot. It's solid takeout at a good price

Order take out of shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp. The rice looked like it was cooked yellow rice it wasn’t fried rice that I have eaten through out my life time.

Hit & Miss!!! Day to day, had some of the best food here and then had some of the lack luster as if I didn't want to work today in prepared food taste. It's definitely an option when looking to eat out but can quickly get replaced as a choice for something better. So where can I see them improving ? lets ? .. customer service is key ?. Front office is the face of your company. Atmosphere is not inviting. Lobby needs an upgrade some TLC.. back house needs to look more professional in cooking and appearance.

I have been ordering takeout from New City for over 20 years. I have never had anything that wasn't delicious. The prices are good and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Today silly me left my credit card in the payment basket. They went through the incoming call log to find my number and call. That was exceptional service!

very small portions, asked for both meals I ordered to be spicy and they were not........also I added scallions to my egg drop soup and they may as well been non-existent, I ordered shrimp and garlic sauce and it tasted nothing like garlic sauce, the only positive I can think to give is that my food was still piping hot when I received it unfortunately I still won't be back
