I always love dining at NM! Seeing the noddles being made enhances the atmosphere and adds a fun element to the restaurant. As far as the food, it’s fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection! The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I cannot stress enough how incredible and delicious this restaurant was. As a first timer, I was blown away by the flavors and the staff. It was INCREDIBLE. There's so many noodle/soup combinations and there's other plates of meat and noodles as well. I highly recommend literally anything on the menu, you can't go wrong. I'm so excited to go back and try all the food. It's a great place to hang with friends or family, and the food is OUTSTANDING.

Came in and was very excited to see my favorite server, (I never sit in but I get a lot of take out. Always see him running around and stop to chat most the time.) He wasn’t there, once asked I was told he was fired. Came to conclusion he was talked about in this review section. He was the only person of color who worked there. And one bad review for a job they only had for 2 months is bs. Restaurant take time to learn so if it’s taking a while for service then be patient and trust your servers word. I never saw him slack off. He did what he could and I hope for the best for him.

First I would like to reply to the most recent review that I saw about a waiter that works there. He is a young professional and super helpful and sweet black man. I was shocked to see a nasty review accusing him of being a liar and more. I’ve been coming to noodle man for a little over a year and that young man is NEW to being a waiter I’ve only seen him for 2 months ish and I think those miserable customers misunderstood what he was saying. He meant he is new to being a waiter not that it was his first day so he didn’t LIE about anything. I don’t know who is the manager of this place but I will come in person and assure you that this young man has been my server multiple times and always does amazing and is always so kind. you don’t find great service like that everywhere. Miserable customers will find a negative in anything to get free things and will always blame an employee for it being busy or the food quality being not the best (THAT falls on the kitchen staff not the waiter! ) My second point, the kitchen staff is the only thing about this restaurant that disappoints me. Everyone talks and I see it and have experienced it myself. The men are always checking out the young women who walk in..they are constantly staring at the women and making US as customers very uncomfortable. It’s one thing to be looking in a customers direction while working but it’s another thing to be staring them down, examining them , and looking at them in an inappropriate manner which is very obvious to all customers. My husband and I have noticed this behavior form them a lot ! The management here needs to be aware of that! And appreciate their servers more!

It was really busy, but for a Friday night we didn’t wait more than 20 minutes to be sat. We came from out of town so we were looking for a good place to eat. Our waiter came over quick, but we should have know it was going to be terrible service when he came out with the wrong drink order. He came over brought our drinks and then said he would be back with straws. 10 minutes later he showed up with straws. We had to tell him we were ready to order or he would have left again. The appetizers came out pretty quick. We got the chicken and shrimp egg rolls which were delicious and the wontons also really good. My husband had to ask 2 times to get a refill after the waiter took his glass and never returned with his drink. The rest of us never got refills. We then waited for an hour for our food. We had to keep asking how much longer it was going to be. He even came back and said you still haven’t gotten your food? Well, shouldn’t you know since you bring us our food? Finally after about an hour and 10 mins he brings out my husband’s food, chicken with garlic sauce (very good). My husband asked him what took so long? He came up with some lame excuse saying the kitchen threw away the tickets twice. Mind you we had a clear view of the ticket counter. We told him just communicate with us and be honest. He also said this was his first time being a server and he doesn’t know what the kitchen does. Another waitress brought out my kids food. Chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Not that good. My food finally came out about 15 mins later, the chicken and mushroom noodle soup. Delicious! The guy sitting next to us said he had that server a month ago and he said he did the same thing to him and said good luck trying to get anything from him. Wait, didn’t he say this was his first time serving? Lie! The food was good but I wouldn’t recommend going back if you have the male server with the curly fro. Worst service I’ve ever had. After $85.06 we left $87 and shouldn’t have even done that. We all have been there and know what it is like in the restaurant field, but sir if you read this, always be honest, never lie to your customers, you never know what they do for a living. Our job is to figure out when people lie and we are really good at it.
