Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Host sat us at a high top in the bar area. On a Sunday evening. Table wasn't clean and waited 20 minutes. No server or other staff member ever came to the table. Never got to place an order. Walked out and went next door to Smokey Bones.

Great Service, food came quickly. Breadsticks and soup / salad fairly mediocre and overly salty. Main meals again mediocre with one member of our party given a lasagne with more cheese than one can begin to fathom, not sure if this is standard of olive garden or a poor experience. It tasted of nothing but cheese and grease. Despite eating one or two bites, we were made to pay full price for this clearly sub-par dish (Image attached.) In general avoid, expensive for poor quality. Find somewhere locally run with quality food.

Mary was the BEST server ever. So sweet. So friendly! She went above and beyond.She made the meal and experience enjoyable. We came up from the OBX for a concert and randomly stopped in for dinner. We will forever come back here and request her!! Food was bomb also! Ask for Mary you won’t regret it!!!!! Also her hair was on point!!

We dined here recently on a Saturday afternoon. The food and service were great. Kellsie was our server and she kept our drinks filled and was very attentive. We had cheese ravioli, tour of Italy and create your own spaghetti with the spicy meat sauce.

We had a late lunch/early dinner today. It wasn’t as busy as normal, which was nice. We were able to enjoy our meals in peace. Staff was great - from the hostesses in the front to our server. Friendly and helpful. The salad is always fresh and good, breadsticks were warm, my daughter loved her gnocchi soup. I ordered the stuffed chicken masala with Angel hair pasta. My kids enjoyed their food - chicken Alfredo and chicken scampi. :)

This has been by far the worst place and experience I’ve had when it comes to Olive Garden. It was my kids’ birthday, and they chose to have a birthday dinner here. We waited 2 hours to get our food. By that time, we didn’t want the food anymore. My kids were upset because they didn’t get to eat. People came in after us and got their food, ate it, and left while we were still waiting. I would never come here again, and no, I’m not being extra or being funny; this really happened. Just sad.

Great for a quick meal out that is not fancy, but it's filling. Waitstaff was professional and efficient. Wheelchair accessible parking, seating, and restrooms.

No wait getting seated for dinner. We got settled into a table, only for someone (a manager? I wasn't sure) to tell us that we couldn't have a high chair at the end of the table, so we had to get up and move. Perhaps the hostess should have known better.

Our server eventually came and took our orders, but apparently we got banished to the corner where food never arrives. It took forever for our soup/salad to arrive, to the point that another table that arrived after us got their full meals first. We eventually get our soup/salad, then almost immediately, 2 (of 4) entrees come out. The remaining entrees came out 10 minutes later, and one was wrong, so that took even more time. Once all the food came, things were fine, but it took way too long to get to that point.

Everything seems processed and maybe frozen items not homemade at all the salad is the best thing they have

Our server Alexis was by far the best waitress I have ever seen. Kind, courteous and radiating a caring attitude for everyone. The soup and salad (my go to) was delish!! The Zapata soup and bread were hot and fresh and the salad was cold and lettuce crisp. Koodos Olive Garden Greenbriar!!!
