Rico was phenomenal! Amazing customer service and friendliness! Our food was delicious, and everything including the bathroom, was spotless. The food was good - but the service was what stood out to me. Our waitress was attentive and kind to my daughter. Our drinks were never empty and we always had breadsticks.
Can’t comment on the food , it’s the same at all Olive Gardens . The service on the other hand… I got presented with my bill after a little over 30 min of being there, I didn’t asked for it and wasn’t even done ordering. I would give a negative 5 stars for the atmosphere if I could because of the smell of piss that hits you in the face right when you walk in. The bathrooms are right by the door and it smells like they have never been cleaned, the stench seeps in the lobby. ?

The best OG experience we have had in a Loooong time. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job. They have good staff to thank and I hope they make it known to them. Izzy or server was on point. The food was great, well prepared, and done with a level of caring not seen in chain restaurants as of late. To think this was our third choice for dinner because of past experiences with OG restaurants lately. We are glad we decided to stop and will be back!

Really disappointed with the service and the fact we sat at the table ordered our food and waited and waited and waited. It took over an hour for the food to come. Manager didn’t seem to think this was a problem. She just apologized and ran off!! Sadly Olive Garden has gone wayyy down! This use to be a great place to eat.
