It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The ramen noodles were too thin and broth lacked flavor. Ramen toppings were limited. They should consider adding garlic chips. The word dull came to mind as I ate their sushi.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because zero wasn’t an option. Our visit was frustrating from start to finish. We waited an incredibly long time for our food, two families who arrived after us were served, ate, and left before we even got our meals. When the food finally arrived, it was completely flavorless, just watery broth and plain noodles. My husband ordered extra noodles, which came out cold and hard, like they had been sitting out. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and we won’t be returning.

Service was great! Atmosphere was simple, but clean and good. The food itself was a tad bland, probably more Americanized ramen flavor than I'd prefer. I added on menma and mushrooms- I think I saw 3 pieces of menma- wasn't a fan of that.

I called this establishment to make an order for two Hot Lady’s rolls. The lady that answered was very dismissive. As I was telling g her I will be there in time for the ten minutes that the food would be ready to try and keep the conversation friendly as they are dealing with my food, the lady hung up with me saying so. As I arrived at 8:30pm everything was fine I did get a greeting from the Caucasian lady who has been working here for a while she for the most part has positive energy. The African lady did not greet at all just walk past as I was the only customer in the shop. I received my food but wanted more Soy Sauce. The Caucasian lady walked to the back which is fine, I just as a usual customer asked the next close employee which was the person making the sushi. I asked him for soy sauce he as well was dismissive as he made a face of disgust and waved me off literally with his Hand and pointed me the other way while he was listening to music. I assumed he could not speak English, but is that my job to know that when I am a random customer who is looking for service? No it is not my job or any inklet of the capacity of my brain power to know this. I mentioned to the gentleman why the rudeness as I was still trying to figure out if he spoke English and it was never confirmed. I stated to him there is no need for the rude jesters or facial expressions that are not welcoming, and the African lady spoke and said why you being rude to him. I was not going to explain the matter as I was simply asking for soy sauce but it needed to be because she was some what off in the distance periodically on her phone so she didn’t k ow what was going on wholeheartedly. I started to explain and she asked why was I being loud and I explained I am projecting my voice because your on the other side of the building and so not know the context of the situation. As I attempted to explain to her and de-escalate the rising tension she cuts me off saying “ok” and I ask her to show professionalism and she continued to do such again. As I finally received my sauce I walked out mentioning to the African lady gorgeous I might add to have a nice night and she ignored me yet again as I walked out!

Who knew, the champions of Ramen would be right here in my backyard! Can't get enough of this place. Come hungry - leave full and satisfied. I love the appetizers and choice of Ramen broths. Super clean, friendly staff, attentive servers. I will definitely be here often!

The food was not good at all. No flavor. Just taste like noodle in water. I will NOT be a repeat customer.

I have been coming in to this place for a while ever since i have been stationed here. It was the closest thing to one of the restaurants i use to go to back in san diego. Well to keep it simple, retirement day came and i figured i would take my whole family there, we could not fit in one table alone so we had to connect the tables on the very end of the restaurant so there would be more tables for others to come in and dine. Mind you there were only two people dinning in at that time and the restaurant seemed empty that day. One of the waiters came at us pretty aggressive about us joining the table, i was caught off guard. I would have been more than happy to move the tables back out but she was not having it. Im not sure if she was having a bad day but i felt very ashamed and the people that were dinning looked at us like we were crazy. We were not disturbing anybody, we just all wanted to sit next to each other in the restaurant i truly enjoyed and wanted to have a retirement dinner here. I definitely did not expect to get that type of treatment and i will probably never go back here again or recommend to come at this location.

Also slightly underwhelmed. Love the host she is always a sweetheart but I’m from the nyc area so ramen has to be ON POINT and I love the idea of oxtail ramen but lord I’m sick of watered down ramen broth tf is even that???? So annoying but this is typical experience in the Va beach area. All the food here is super basic and over priced lol. Hate visiting here. Can’t wait to go back to nyc

I've been here several times and the food taste along with quality has declined severely in the last year. This place use to have amazing sushi. Now, it tastes like mall sushi. The service was good, but that was the only good thing here. Not sure if the ownership has changed, but I won't be coming back.
