Great food and service I had their Osaka bao buns to start and the pork was so crispy and delicious perfect start to the meal, then I followed up with a spicy pork ramen and chesapeake roll, the only down side was it didn't taste really spicy at all but I added enough chili oil it wasn't a problem
The main waitress complains if you ask for extra chili powder. Other than that, the food was great.

After multiple visits, I'm sold on Osaka. Great Ramen, great depth of flavor in the broth, and a great value. I like getting the Veggie Ramen and adding Pork Chasu.

Not fancy but just awesome sushi and ramen. Rolls are less rice, more contents- come see for yourself.
We get the Tonkatsu every time. the pork is melt in your mouth good. The marinated egg is the perfect soft boiled. Really glad to have this option so close to home.

Poor customer service. We were waiting outside when being told the wait is 10 to 15 minutes and they didn’t bother looking for us afterward. They greeted and seated the new folks that came 10 minutes after us.
Came in with low expectations and left surpisingly pleased. Most Japanese style restraunts really miss the mark but for a US chain these guys did alright.I had the Tonkatsu Ramen and the Gyoza. Ramen broth was decent, needed a bit more time cooking to develope more flavor and depth, it was a little bland and the hard boiled eggs shouldnt be hard boiled, they should be soft boiled with a slightly runny yolk. The gyoza was good but need a longer pan sear to get that nice crisp on the side.I did not like that my appetizer was kind of cold and served with my entre, i think they forgot and allowed the orders to stack.
