“Mixed feelings on my visit today. Generally this brand supports an efficient and quality product. I was a bit disappointed in the chaos in the store tonight. There were lots of items out and it appeared staff lacked the efficiency you normally see. I will give the location credit that everyone was friendly, but their lack of a system caused delays in orders I don’t typically see in this chain. Store was clean and welcoming as always.“
“The thing about the food industry is that it’s serviced by humans and humans are not perfect and sometimes things don’t go right. When my order had something missing the manager, Noy was very nice and accommodating when I went to pick up the missing part. It is great customer service like this that will keep me coming back. Please don’t hesitate to make your next lunch or dinner stop at this panda express. I promise you the service is top-notch!“
