With their mistake of messing up my order. She was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable expressing my concerns. I am Highly disappointed and will never be back to this location again. Sad because we love Panda.

Made half my order and then proceeded to forget the large side of fried rice and said it would be a wait, and asked me if I still wanted it; given it was for my kids, yes I still wanted it. The frustration/disappointment wasn’t because I had to wait, but instead that they actually did have fried rice and continued to fill up other mobile orders while the rest of my food sat there for 10 minutes getting cold. They had enough the entire time they had me wait.

Totally not surprised to see this panda express location has a 3.9. I ordered in the drive-through and once I got home, my family and I discovered that panda express gave us the wrong order. We called and spoke with the manager, Breana D. (Spelling) and she was unable to even pull up the order number yet rectify the situation. All we wanted to do was drive all the way back up to the panda express to get the missing food items. But according to Breana D, the manager the order number on the receipt in which they gave us is incorrect. Totally unbelievable will never dine here ever again. This place also needs to be checked by the health department for cleanliness as we just found a hair in the food that we did receive

It’s obvious management has changed. Just eat buttered toast at home, you’ll save yourself 40 minutes, $40 and you’ll actually be able to eat the food.

I’ve been a regular customer here, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered teriyaki chicken and waited patiently. When the first batch came out, it was given to the customer who ordered after me. I thought it was an oversight, but then more customers kept coming in, ordering chicken, and getting theirs before me.

I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for the second batch, and even then, no one checked on my order. The staff showed no structure or organization, leaving orders on the counter without paying attention to who ordered first. It felt like my time and experience didn’t matter to them.

When I paid at the register, there were no apologies. This is unacceptable.

The worst service in the city. Front counter worker Daniel chose to ignore me asking him about my order and I could literally see him almost glance over when I said excuse me multiple times politely and stop himself, this all while I have a extra 30 minute wait for my order made before I got there and no explanation why. I still don’t know why my order took so much extra time as I’m watching people come in after me make their order at the store and get their food. Very unprofessional

Don’t order online. You will get your food faster if you wait in line. In fact people in line will get served and even people that come in after you will get their order before Panda Express will even think about making your online order. Waited for 27 minutes at the online pickup area before they even prepared my online order that was supposed to already be ready when I got there to pick it up. Don’t bother talking to the manager either. I got a measly sorry before he then went to continue making orders for that people that can me in after I got there. They should either accept online orders or not. Poor customer services to take online orders, say they will be ready in 20 minutes and never even put that order into the rotation until 25 minutes after the customer comes in to pick it up. Never going there again.

Got home with my order which was a plate that had two entrees and rice, but I open the Styrofoam tray and only had rice. Weird this same thing happened two weeks ago but let it go as a mistake. I sent a complaint on the app this time and haven't got a response.... please make sure you check your order before you take it home because they don't... food isn't the best and the lack of attention to detail says stay away, the food you came to get and paid for has a track record of not being correct.... no accountability
