Mixed feelings on my visit today. Generally this brand supports an efficient and quality product. I was a bit disappointed in the chaos in the store tonight. There were lots of items out and it appeared staff lacked the efficiency you normally see. I will give the location credit that everyone was friendly, but their lack of a system caused delays in orders I don’t typically see in this chain. Store was clean and welcoming as always.
Made half my order and then proceeded to forget the large side of fried rice and said it would be a wait, and asked me if I still wanted it; given it was for my kids, yes I still wanted it. The frustration/disappointment wasn’t because I had to wait, but instead that they actually did have fried rice and continued to fill up other mobile orders while the rest of my food sat there for 10 minutes getting cold. They had enough the entire time they had me wait.
I prefer ? Panda Express over normal Chinese food stores. Their beef is Angus. Their chicken is authentic and flavorful vegetables are fresh crisp and flavorful. This place is actually amazing fast food I like it here. Give it a try.
