The food and service is great. We love the touch screen ordering! It's like eating in a big family living room.

I stopped in to grab a bite to eat before taking my daughter to see a play. We were heading to Chrysler Hall. You know we're all dressed up for the show. I walk into the restrooms and my nice shoes stick to the floor so bad my heels lift out of my shoe. If the bathroom floors are covered in sticky urine, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks liked. Definitely rethinking ever eating here again.

The food was good, and the fireplace was warm.

Good food, but slow service. I rather get them delivered because inside seating is always a mess. Hard to find a clean spot.

I used to come here all the time. Walked in today and it smelled terrible in the store. Trash all over the floor and tables. Waited 30 mins for my food and got a lame excuse for a sandwich. Over priced nasty food. Wont be coming back . What happened to this place?

Every time I have gone to this Panera, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food and delicious and I love that it’s clean. I feel good about eating it and feeding it to my kids. My biggest complaint is how expensive it is, especially with takeout. Takeout portions seem significantly smaller. Other than that I love Panera. I enjoy their coffee as well.

Kid-friendliness: I was able to take my two year old in to sit down. He did great and it is very kid-friendly. They have a number of high chairs that can be used and there are definitely kid-friendly meals available.

Self-service, really cannot rate. Ck in and order was friendly and efficient. Coffee was hot. Bkfst fare was good. Low noise level, which we enjoy being able to talk without yelling.

2 stars because the food is good, but I've ordered delivery several times and it's always late. I'm quoted 25 minutes that turns into an hour wait. Why is this? Make it make sense.

No one takes pride in their job anymore:?this is what I was served for $11. Nasty tomatoes in abundance, I had to spread the chicken salad around with my finger. Not sure what the lettuce stuff is. Very dry, very gross sandwich.

The sandwich I received was so sad and pathetic compared to the pic. Just like every food service franchise. They’ve all gone to crap. They don’t care and we keep paying em to continue to not care. Wish the world would just hurry up and end soon

Always our go to place to eat when we can’t decide and know where we can eat good food.
