Please wipe down tables. and sweep. The Store was a little nasty/DIRTY. Bathroom needs cleaning. The Food was MID.. Bread and little hard and soup was more on the Cool-Warm Side instead of the Warm-Hot side.. I had a 30 gift card and my haft Sandwich, 6 Tablespoons of Cheddar Soup and a drink $19. Smh. With my $11 dollars left on my gift card maybe I will buy an overpriced cookie or cinnamon roll... Do Better Panera Bread...

Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊

Originally ordered togo in case we didn’t finish. When we tossed the bag in the trash, the white large male manager came out yelling that he could still use the bag and proceeds to dig it out of the trash bin. 🤢 Note that all our trash was in that bag and he took it behind the counter to reuse…. Unsanitary.. Do not go here!!

The food and service is great. We love the touch screen ordering! It's like eating in a big family living room.

I stopped in to grab a bite to eat before taking my daughter to see a play. We were heading to Chrysler Hall. You know we're all dressed up for the show. I walk into the restrooms and my nice shoes stick to the floor so bad my heels lift out of my shoe. If the bathroom floors are covered in sticky urine, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks liked. Definitely rethinking ever eating here again.

The food was good, and the fireplace was warm.
