Within 4 days I had 2 really bad experiences at Paneras by Greenbrier Mall. On 11/11/2021, I stopped into Paneras on my way to work to get a dozen bagels. I wanted 6 Sesame Seed and 6 Cinnamon Raisin. As the Cashier was placing my order another employee took 3 of them. As the cashier went to get the other 3 for my order, the other employee grabbed those too. I asked what the heck and the employee said tough! We love the pecan rolls and coffee is fantastic. Also had bagels 🥯 my favorite there. One of our favorite places for breakfast. Be back soon
