Terra at the front, Genesis that works in the back of the restaurant getting orders ready to go out to customers and I believe her name was Rachel (forgive me if it isn’t). Each one of these women were so kind and helpful. Their customer service was above and beyond. I absolutely hate eating at restaurants cause people usually hate their jobs and take it out on customers but not these ladies they were amazing Panera give them a raise!!!!

7:15 am July 13 2025 DO NOT PURCHASE STEAK and WAIT. The sandwich does not look like the photo on their site. The amount of steak is so very minimal, that it barely is larger than 2 quarters and one small slice. I will never purchase this again, what a rip off
