Terra at the front, Genesis that works in the back of the restaurant getting orders ready to go out to customers and I believe her name was Rachel (forgive me if it isn’t). Each one of these women were so kind and helpful. Their customer service was above and beyond. I absolutely hate eating at restaurants cause people usually hate their jobs and take it out on customers but not these ladies they were amazing Panera give them a raise!!!!

After an idiot driver ruined my order by slamming on their brakes and coming to a complete stop, these ladies fully replaced my order even though it was from a different store. Thank you guys for cheering me up. Your customer service is amazing.❤️

Zero stars. I was at the soda machine and your employee push me out of the way so she can use the machine and not me. She could have waited I am a customer she is an employee. She needs to be fired! You are the employee you are too wait.
Ok food. I have fond memories of Panera but every time I have gotten it recently it has been very meh, and I end up wondering why I didn't go somewhere else. I'm not sure if they have changed ingredients or what in the last 5 or so years, but its just not as good as it used to be. Never horrible, but not exceptional either.

It's always great for a quick bite! Panera's menu is big. I love the pick 2 selection. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are delicious. Don't forget about dessert. I've seen folks enjoying their meal solo and parties up to four. Enjoy!

This was my first visit at this location. It’s 40 minutes away from my house but I’ll stop by again. I ordered sandwich and tea when I opened the sandwich bag whole sandwich was soaked in wet with sauce I asked for refund and I was trying to go to other cafe. There was a lady who works there she refunded me and she offered me to remake sandwich for me. I said it’s fine she didn’t need to do that but she told me you are hungry you gonna eat the sandwich lol She remade the sandwich and it was so delicious! Thank you so much for making customer happy. It’s so hard to find a worker like her :)
