When people order a salad, fill up the container. For a full size salad they literally give you a half. Check yours if you’re doing drive thru before leaving.

Came last Sunday at 1030am and there were no customers inside other than a couple that was leaving. Drive thru was not that busy. I thought it was crazy that I didn't get my order past 13 min from pickup. There were plenty of staff in the back, 2 sitting around on their breaks and felt like 1 lady in black uniform scrambling was making all the food. I figure by now the restaurant has a handle of things since being open in mid August. I get in line to ask for my 2 coffee cups after 10 minutes after there was finally a cashier standing there. There were no cups, utensils out in the dining area. The lady in black did apologized it took so long. I think if they going to honor their policy of order not being right, then a free pastry should of been offered for the long wait. I also felt the meat portion of our chicken frontega was lacking. The app also overchcarged us on the BOGO $5. While waiting on our food, I did noticed they kept on passing food out to the drive thru area...thru the main door....and one lady comes out holding a big food spatula I assume for bread oven....I was thinking how unsanitary to bring that out of the kitchen area. Anyway, I think the restaurant is still new and they are still learning to do things...expect a wait. The dining area is small compared to other PB's. Someone cleaning in the dining area could be better....didn't see anyone cleaning.

I ordered a steak sandwich in the drive thru I was the o my car after a long wait I notice several cars pull up behind me , the young lady was very polite and asked me to pull up to the stop sign and I did and waited a very long time. When I received my sandwich there was literally no meat on the sandwich. The first 2 times I ate inside and it was perfect. If I eat here again I will go inside

$40 for two people to have lunch (no drinks ordered) and there was no silverware, and for dine in, they wrapped it in to-go style. Confirmed that this is standard protocol. The lady up front was very nice. Panera is declining

Do not come here if you don’t have a lot of time to spend waiting in the drive through line. Even if there are few cars in the parking lot and no other cars in line, you’ll be waiting. Three visits here and this has happened every time. I’m talking 15 to 20 minutes or one item when there were either one or no cars in front of me in the drive-through line. At 6:45 on a weeknight, I tried to order three different pastry items. Each time I was told that they “just sold out” even though there were only a couple of cars there. I’m assuming that they had just thrown out the pastries from that day really early before close being honest about it. That being said, the food that I have been able to get there has always been made well.

i’ve ordered food here a few times since it opened and it’s been 10/10 every time also might be dramatic but i just wanna say i got the chicken avo blt today and whoever made this sandwich deserves a raise on this alone genuinely one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever eaten in my life thank you

What a disappointment! I waited over 35 minutes for 1/2 caprese sandwich & 1/2 salad which btw was not 1/2 but more like 1/4 salad! No we’re sorry for the delay no customer service at all. The trash in the bathroom was over flowing and it was dirty so was the dining area! And this location is new. Ya’ll need to do much better!! Step it up!!

Love it I love the treat and the food is tasty. 5 star.
Neat little location. Grabed a bagel and coffee and read for a bit. Its a drive-thru Panera with a smaller dining area (more of a quick-stop kind of place). I like the multitude of kiosks (somthing other locations need more of). Location definitly feels up-to-date with tech/convenience.
Update: I really like the self-serve coffee machines that grind/brew coffee fresh. Its my first time seeing one at a Panera.
