SUPER RACIST PIZZA JOINT. They won’t deliver to my neighborhood because I live in a majorly black neighborhood. Not to be racist but my neighbors are white. They said they don’t feel safe and refused to issue me a refund and when I asked for the manager they put me on hold for 45 min then they hung up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. I WILL ALSO BE TELLING ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER TO EAT AT PAPA JOHNS!!!!

I've always had excellent service here and the staff are so nice. I I love chatting with them while they make dough and wait for my food. They have good banter and are still very efficient. Place does tend to get busy, but what pizza place doesn't.

If your hungry and want something to eat don't waste your time here, you may not get it for hours later. Ordered on 1/19 for a friends lunch to surprise her and I ended up surprised by how lonnnng it took! Was suppose to be delivered at a local school within 40 minutes, 2 hrs later she finally got it. I did receive a text saying it was gonna take longer after delivery window was missed. But nothing stating it was gonna be over another hour, I would've canceled order. I received no call or text apologizing or no discount on order to make things right! And don't waste your time with complaining on the papa John's website in an email because like that store they don't care one bit. Go to Marco pizza, better service and food!
