Pizza was delivered. As soon as I got it went to the kitchen to check it was correct as the last two times it was incorrect. It was not. Tried to do the driver as she was about to leave and she just drove off anyway. Contacted the store and was told bc it was a minor mistake I’d need to come to the store to get it fixed myself. Asked to speak to the manager and overheard the employee on the phone talking to them telling him to tell me he couldn’t talk and that they weren’t going to fix it. Told them I would wait as I fully expected it to be corrected out the order to be refunded. Was placed on hold multiple times without being told I was being placed on hold. The poor employee flat out told me the manager was refusing to speak to me. I told him I would wait and then I was hung up on. Even it was a small fix it is a major fix in my household as now my child will not be eating the meal at all and I basically threw 40 dollars down the drain. Driving to the store is a ridiculous ask and not even an option for me at this time. Will be being the biggest Karen there ever was bc this is now the third time this has happened. Crazy how ppl not even making a livable wage ride hard for these big corporations and treat customers like crap

Do not recommend ordering delivery from this location. Waited over 2 hours for our pizza and it was cold by the time it got here. We tried to call several times we were put on hold without a word and waited for someone to pick up for more than 10 minutes before ending the call each time.

I called to ask if i could get some type of credit to my account because they put pepperoncini, instead of green peppers. The manager told me they could not do so unless they saw a picture. Heres a picture

I’m not sure this ladies name however her customer service and attitude was absolutely horrible. Every customer that came in she gave immense attitude because the store was busy and people just wanted to get their food. I waited an hour for doordash and she made me feel like it was my fault she was the backed up. I’m sorry but I’m a customer service business to need employees that can handle the stress of a busy store without making customers not want to return because I’m not even a customer yet I will never return to this location strictly because of this lady

I'll never go here again. Placed an order 2 pizzas and an order of wings. To be picked up at 3:45. I got there at 3:30. I seen my order ready just sitting there. However, the guy with dreads was making dough for the pizza. He never said one word. I heard someone near the oven. But no one said one word. I kept looking at the camera and my watch. But no response. No acknowledgement. As I left. I saw a driver pulled up. I said is this how y'all do business. I've been sitting here and no nothing. Then I told him to cancel my order. Soooooooooo unprofessional. So I just took my business to domininoes. Where they seemed happy to have me as a customer.

The delivery was very quick. But this brownie honestly taste awful. I can’t tell if it’s old, stale or just taste like the freezer. It wasn’t warm at all. I ordered a Pepsi and I got a Dr Pepper that was wrapped up in a bag so I wasn’t able to figure out it was the wrong soda until I sat down to finally eat. I was told “we ran out of Pepsi “so I guess the assumption is that a Dr. Pepper is a good replacement? It’s going in the trash ?. They said they’ll give me money back for it, but I guess we’ll see in a few days. But honestly I just can’t get over how bad this brownie was ?
