Older guy up front was very rude. Had a free pizza and had to go in to order it bc they didn’t answer the phone. He talked over me and cut me off as I was trying to give him my information. Very rude person. Will not be returning.

I went to pick up an order and the guy at the register waited on me and another driver. This man put money in the register went and started handling food all without washing his hands or putting gloves on. Tossing dough in the air bare handed and all while he just got thru handling dirty money. Glad I don't eat there.

Upon ordering and the app showed my delivery should have arrived at between 602 and 612 and it arrived at 6:35 lukewarm. You pay for a delivery fee and a tip to get almost cold pizza. Unacceptable. Should have get up myself and save me the money because the store didn't seem to think that it was important to get me my food when it was warm even though I gave a $5 tip plus the delivery fee. What does that tell you how they think about you?

This is the most ridiculous place to order pizza from waited extra long time with no updates to anything with a delivered notice and nothing and when called and wanted our money back all we got is we are busy instead of saying of course it's our fault why it's not there but again common sense is not there with pizza delivery. No brains that's for sure...lawyer in route with this and going at papa John's to get our money back that was denied.....the word will be spread EVERYWHERE!

Always good experiences, their claim of using fresh, never-frozen ingredients is well backed up. Always good coupons and deals going in as well. Shaq-A-Roni pizza was excellent - claims to have at least 60 slices of pepperoni, but pretty sure ours had about 100! Garlic epic stuffed crust was a great try as well. Twix Papa Bites weren't amazing, but a decent dessert option. Always fast and accurate service.
ordered from the papa johns for me and my kids to eat for lunch and dinner and around dinner discovered a beard hair in one of the slices. Nobody in my house has a beard so it’s clear to me this didn’t come from any of us. the person i spoke to on the phone was less than helpful and i was offered a store credit unless i brought the product back to the store. i don’t need your store credit because i don’t plan on eating here again. one thing i don’t mess around with is hair in my food. it’s been 10 years since i’ve had pizza hut. looks like i’m adding papa johns to that list.

Didn't put extra sauce on pizza as ordered.They Put in system that my order was ready for pickup, when I got there they had just put one of pizzas in the oven so i had to wait.

The orders/food in the last 2 months have taken a nosedive in quality and accuracy. The delivery drivers are not the problem it is the pizza itself that is not acceptable. When you call the location about orders being incorrect, you cannot receive any type of refund EVER. I'm just over the subpar food and it's a shame because Papa John's has been my go to pizza service for years. I will now be taking my money elsewhere.

Was so shocked to walk in and hear the manager yelling at his staff. "Yall are so stupid and can't get anything right!" I tried to see his name tag but he walked in the back when he saw my jaw drop. Our pizza was great, so they must be doing something right! Sad that they have to work in such a hostile environment.
