Shout out to the Great Bridge location. The manager, Mick, made a price correction on my order without hesitation. The place was so busy after Thanksgiving so I told Mick that I would return on another day to square up. He stepped away from the prep line to take care of my discrepancy. THANK YOU, MICK‼️

If you have a delivery driver that drives a small dark colored hatchback type car he was driving like a total moron down our street and his car is loud and obnoxious he shouldn’t be speeding in a neighborhood

The Service Representative Cashier Type was outstanding and his customer service was spot on. I have been to alot of papa John's before but it was just your typical transaction type of service. Today I felt like I was apart of the team and left with a team connection. I highly recommend this delicious concoction of a high quality service food venue to others. Everyone on this shift at the day of 20Sep25 time 1227 deserves a raise.

I agree! Going downhill and management seems to not care. Pizzas getting more sloppy, even during slow time of day. Ordered a custom half and half at 4pm. Mushroom one side and spinach chicken on the other. Got pizza with some, none, and all toppings!

My husband's order and my order were both incorrect. My husband was supposed to have a chicken, pineapple, 3 cheese,and peppers papadia. I was supposed to have the chicken buffalo papadia with Parmesan crust. He got chicken and onion, I got regular sauce with chicken and pineapple no Parmesan crust. I don't mind spending the money on stuff if it's at least correct. It's already expensive enough plus the price of Uber.
