Ordered cheese sticks, large pizza, and wings. I wanted the spicy sauce but the sauce was overly spicy and the sauce did not cover all the wings. They could have been cooked longer to provide some texture

This place sucks for delivery. I’ve waited over an hour for food and I live around the corner. I watched the delivery driver sit in the same place for 20 minutes on the GPS feature on the app. If I could give zero stars, I would. After reviewing the receipt, it shows that the delivery driver spent 40 minutes riding around with my food. It showed up and was cold. I want a refund!

Ordered with a quoted time of 32 minutes on the app at 6:01pm. Showed up at 7:29pm, and the app showed it sitting after baking for over an hour. It got to us cold and dried up. It wasn’t even close to being warm.

My boyfriend & I thought we'd try something other than our usual Dominoes pizza. We ordered from this Papa John's 3 times within a month and were disappointed every time. And this 3rd time, really did it. The 1st time, we ordered the veggie mozzarella pizza with added jalapeños. Got delivered to the house & NO JALAPEÑOS. The 2nd time we paid for the zesty sauce but was given classic marinara instead. But this last time was the worst. First, THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT THE PIZZA!!!! They also failed to add a pepperoncini as well as a garlic sauce which is included (it even says that on the side of the pizza box)...and my bf got bbq boneless wings but the bbq was severely lacking & looked no where close to what was advertised online....we paid $40 for what??? Y'all. Save your money & go to another Papa John's because this one ain't it.

This place is consistently bad. Embarrassing that this large pizza costs more than $15 with tax and tip. It’s almost all crust with no topping and the crust is sub par. Literally any other pizza place beats Papa Johns.

Doritos papadia. was NOT a flat bread as advertised. Was a hand tossed pizza dough W/CRUST on it. There was absolutely NO DRY DORITOS SEASONING/ RUB on the outside of my hand tossed pizza dough. The only saving grace was the dipping sauce. This was not at all what I was expecting from the commercials.

My husband called and ordered a pizza for takeout at 9:31pm they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. He was out front at the door at 9:40 on the phone with Papa John's again because they looked like they were close. A girl that works inside taped a sign up to the window saying if your not here to pickup by 9:40pm you order in going in the trash and you will be refunded. He called and spoke to the manager and she said that that's their policy. Who knew? That's messed up! He also went out of his way to get it. That's just wrong! When you call to order they should atleast tell you that! Never again!

I have had many pizzas from this location. Tonight was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Literally there was almost no sauce at all. Just dry bread dough, cheese and toppings.
