I have ordered pick up here many times and always interact with a very kind and friendly man. I am fairly certain that he is the manager. He is always so happy and eager to serve. I placed my order at 10:10 pm. through the Papa Johns website. My card was charged at 10:24pm. At 11:30 i called to get an order status and was told it was pucked up by door dash to be delivered amd was on its way. I called back at 11:50 and was told they had it enroute to me as we spoke. At 12:10 am I was told no one picked it up and they weren't delivering it. I was lied to twice.

My husband and I do enjoy Papa John’s pizza if we are going to order takeout pizza. Before we moved to Virginia Beach we ordered from PJ’s every Friday evening. I’d say the past several orders have been less than satisfactory. There have been very few toppings and this last pizza hardly had any cheese on it. This one also had very few toppings. They wanted to hear my feedback so I let them know and the general manager, Travis, reached out to me and said that they would call me two days ago, Ive yet to hear anything. Each time they’ve messed up they’ve offered me a credit for a new pizza. This time I would like my money back as we are no longer going to be ordering from Papa John’s. It’s too bad as the employees and delivery people have always been courteous.

I've ordered from this Indian river location 4 times. 4 times the order was wrong. It takes forever to get thru to a human and its usually a 16 y/o kid. Trashcan organization.

We do not ever get a pizza from this papajohns with old pizza. I been trying to understand wht my garlic knots were fresh and pizza looked like at sat for 10 mins and had over 16 peppers extra when I only order 4 extra. I guess that was for the old pizza. I will not be ordering from the at papajohns again.
