Ordered a heart shaped pizza and when i received it, the pizza looked a mess. the shape looks terrible and it looks like they just threw everything on top. theirs sauce all over the box , the crust is the thinnest crust i’ve ever had and on top of that it’s burnt in some spots. Worst experience at papa johns.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and when we got it home all we could taste was tomato sauce. I did the on line survey and was called by the manager who apologized and said he wasn't making excuses but he had a lot of new staff. He offered me two free pizzas to make up for the issue and that all I needed to do was call the manager and I could get my pizzas. So about a month later I called and the on duty manager had no clue so he said the general Manager would be in by 4pm. I called back at 4:20pm and the GM said that he had no notes about my situation and that he couldn't help me. I said don't worry about it, I hung up the phone and that will be the last time I will be ordering from Papa Johns, it wasn't about the free pizzas it was about the customer service and the way the situation was handled.

My first time at this Papa Johns. I don't think I will be going back. The pizza was not that good I didn't have enough cheese or sauce. They shouldgive me a refund. I have it in my refrigerator now. I only at 2 slices and ate with my hands, no forks, no plates, no napkins.

We have ordered from this location a handful of times before, with no real issues. Last night my wife and I ordered a ny style pizza and jalapeno bites, the jalapeno bites where pretty good but the pizza was inedible absolutely disgusting I was starving at the moment so against my wife's recommendation I ate 2 slices, and I have been sick all morning. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My spouse and I order was messed up called up there and the manager refused to help us and attitude was terrible will not be returning.

If you like gluten free, cardboard tasting, thin crust pizza then this is the best place to get your pizza. The last time I ordered from them their pizza wasn't nothing like that. The wings were ok. Also, the jalapeño with the pizza looks as if someone sucked the life of it.

Recently placed an online order for delivery. After completing the order, it was necessary to add more pizzas. I was not able to connect with anyone by phone (I am giving the employees the benefit of the doubt as it was storming that night, and they could quite possibly have been extremely busy). Thankfully this establishment wasn't too far. I drove over to make the additions and change the order from delivery to pick up since I was there. The employee who assisted me was able to make the switch with no issues, reimbursed the delivery fee, and provided cash to make up for the tip I added on the app. Great service! And I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizzas.I took a star off for atmosphere just because you don't go to Papa John's for the atmosphere. Just to pick up your order.
