This is probably my last time ordering Papa John's. 1/4 of my Hawaiian pizza had giant bubbles, but more importantly, the crust just tastes like crap nowadays. I think they use cheaper ingredients and a new(similar) recipe, but it ain't workin!working! One delivery guy about two months ago pulled my pizza out of the bag with my pizzas perpendicular to the ground instead of the cautious parralel tactic. The guy obviously never handled a pizza a day in his life.

The pizza is always good. However, I placed an order online and received a time window when it would be ready. Let's say 2:33p-2:43p. I got there at 2:44p and it hadn't been started yet so I had to wait another 10 minutes. No big deal if you're not in a rush

Food was hot and delicious , delivery time was fast . Your delivery guy was very friendly and he smiled. Working in customer service myself it’s rare now to see someone who smiles. Thank you
