My Dad and I went here for lunch after he’d heard from friends that the food was good. I already knew from reading other reviews that they don’t have wait staff, and all food was packaged to go. However, they do have a lot of seating and you’re encouraged to dine in if that’s your preference. The cashier was very friendly and our food was delivered to our table in a timely manner. Pekking Chinese Food on Cedar Rd just made me lose my mind. Not once, but TWICE—they completely messed up both of my orders. I’m not talking about a little missing soy sauce or forgetting a fork. I mean straight up wrong food, sloppy portions, cold and stale like it had been sitting for hours, and ZERO apology or accountability when I called back. I was polite the first time, gave them a chance. Second time? I was PISSED. And they had the nerve to act like it was my fault.
