Perfectly Frank

Went there with my son on 12/29/25 for lunch and service was awful. Took over an hour to get a sandwich and a hot-dog. No waitress to get drink refills. Been there 20 times before but this was the worst experience ever. Won't be going back.

Had a lunch outing with my bosses and absolutely loved everything. It’s hard to make onion rings impressive but y’all are doing it right! Grease is fresh, nice tasty char on the burgers… and I love the Cole slaw which was giving “kfc” in the best way.

The food is delicious! The staff is very nice also! This my first time at this location but I've been to the Norfolk one before. Both are very good!!

I’ve been eating at Perfectly Frank since the day they opened, and they’ve always been amazing. I stopped by for lunch today and ordered the BBQ shredded chicken sandwich with crinkle cut fries. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff always greet you with genuine smiles and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The service is fast, the portions are generous, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.

Dever, the owner, does an incredible job running this place. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. Highly recommend! Great food, great people and great atmosphere every single time.

So me and my wife went to this place, I actually had an awesome time let me tell you the customer service was awesome the three lady's was so friendly and the dogs I got the Hawk Dog it was soooo awesome and the regular hot dog with everything even Cole slaw ( I'm from sc originally) we put slaw on our dogs down there it was awesome I had 1/2 fries ( crinkle cut) and 1/2 onion rings and sweet tea with crushed iced omg I will be going back I will say the chilli is not homemade but I don't even care it was awesome just cause of the service and the food being awesome 10/10 I will recommend
