I hate thatI have to leave a bad review …… The service and atmosphere was great but the food was HORRIBLE! If you are from up north you know just from the smell that the sandwich is gonna hit! Your car will smell like onions for days😂 . It has no smell at all , The cheesesteak was so salty it was not even eatable , The onions are cut in hunks and even had some of the peel of the onion in my sandwich. Worst I’ve ever had .

It was pretty foul. Cheap frozen meat, and an unbelievable amount of oil. I couldn't even pick up my sandwich

The atmosphere was great the service was awesome but the FOOD oh no I spend 63 dollars and was very disappointed, the cheesesteaks are not worth the price , and my food was so salty I got a headache biting into my cheesesteak. Chill out on the seasoning I couldn’t taste nothing else on the sub but the seasoning.

I order two Philly cheesesteak subs they both were very very salty and me and a coworker can’t eat it and we had nothing else to eat for lunch. I don’t think this is fair and I feel someone should do something about it. I need a refund. I called the store spoke to the person on duty and started they already got a call about it. Do something about this give me my money back. I expect to hear from you soon. OK, I’ll call the store. The guy the phone is we think we got complaints all day that they serve our very salty. I said OK so what are you doing about it? I said he said yeah already know I said how you know I call you. I’m just calling you. He said oh well you’re not doing well. We are already not too salty so you gotta replace this. He said what is the same meat I said that meat come to you put salt on that. He said well if they go be the same way you would do about that. Excuse me he said that you could do it, but he said you go online and make a complaint and then, you go online and I can’t do it

Food is good and usually the service is too. However, my latest experience was not so good. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. But when I got there to get my order, I was told that they had to wait to see if I were actually gonna show up before they fix my order. They shouldn't be misleading the customers. It wasn't my 1st time ordering food there. And I was ordering for my whole work crew. ?

took 45 minutes for $20 worth of mediocre wings and fries to come out, if time and quality doesn’t bother you this place will get you fed…eventually

I order here on a regular ... Today I ordered chicken Philly. I got curry chicken Philly and was not told wasn't able to cone back as I was on the go but it was tasty to me and wasn't told if the menu changed or not but it was the sane regular chicken Philly I've gotten in the past.

The Prices Are Ridiculous For The Good To Be Nasty And Undercooked. The Service Was Mediocre. For My First Time There. The Waiting Area Was Nasty. The Utensils Were Exposed And The Door Was Wide Open With Fly's Everywhere. The Freezer Where Dirty Where Water Ice Was Kept. Very Disappointed.

The cheesesteak was ok. Very one note in flavor. It tasted like all they season with is salt and they use a lot. No napkins were given. For the price ($30 for 1 whole and 1 half cheesesteak) I expected better. The restaurant appeared clean until you stare too hard. Then I saw it was dirty and gross and my appetite was ruined before I even got my food. This was my 2nd try, the first was through a delivery service.

Came in. Waiter greeted us. But didn't have anything that we wanted. No frozen ice. Gave us our food. Was extremely extremely salty. Cheese was just melted on top of dry salty meat. Laid across a soggy Walmart hoagie that they didn't toast. Fries were crinkly fries. Very bland. Besides the seasoning salt that they put on it for flavor. Had a headache after eating. Wasn't horrible, but wouldn't try again. I think I was more shocked off the fact that that was their specialty

If I have to give a 0 star, then I would have! One of the worst Philly cheesesteaks I had eaten, since the bread tasted old, the workers wont heat up my food, and the food was too salty. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money here at this establishment, so go find somewhere in downtown Norfolk that tastes way better!
