The atmosphere was great the service was awesome but the FOOD oh no I spend 63 dollars and was very disappointed, the cheesesteaks are not worth the price , and my food was so salty I got a headache biting into my cheesesteak. Chill out on the seasoning I couldn’t taste nothing else on the sub but the seasoning.
I order two Philly cheesesteak subs they both were very very salty and me and a coworker can’t eat it and we had nothing else to eat for lunch. I don’t think this is fair and I feel someone should do something about it. I need a refund. I called the store spoke to the person on duty and started they already got a call about it. Do something about this give me my money back. I expect to hear from you soon. OK, I’ll call the store. The guy the phone is we think we got complaints...
Food is good and usually the service is too. However, my latest experience was not so good. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. But when I got there to get my order, I was told that they had to wait to see if I were actually gonna show up before they fix my order. They shouldn't be misleading the customers. It wasn't my 1st time ordering food there. And I was ordering for my whole work crew. ?
