This place is fantastic. Everyone should go there at least once
10/10! Delicious!! A MUST STOP FOR VIETNAMESE FOOD. We ordered Bun Bo Hue (Number 10) and a Mi Tom Thit Xa Xiu (Number 19) both soups arrived quickly and they did not hold back on the meat. Vietnamese coffee is always an hit and this one is no different. After a long vacation this was the perfect meal before heading to the airport.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to sit down and eat because of my service dog. At first the owner said I had to get out because I had a “dog”. I politely reminded him that due to the ADA I am allowed to have my service dog with me. He then demanded that I sit in the corner of his choosing and that I would not be allowed to sit where my wife and I were already sitting. I once again reminded him that the ADA allows me to sit anywhere and instead of being treated like a second class citizen I decided to leave. I wish this place the best but unfortunately they are not accommodating to people who have disabilities.

The food was excellent. Pho broth was fairly flavorful and the meats were decent, the noodles were as expected for any pho restaurant, and the garnishment vegges were great! The eggrolls we got as an appetizer were crispy, fried to a golden crisp and actually delicious.
Now, it’s time to talk about “the lady” everyone else is talking about. Before we came, we called to make sure they were open—She hung up the phone abruptly on me after answering with one word: “Yes” 😖 I was mid sentence in asking her a follow up question when I got hung up on.
We go anyway. Upon arrival we see “the lady” and she asks “how many?” She has the coldest demeanor, no warmth or smile or anything. It’s perplexing to see, why is she even in customer service? We didn’t feel like the rudeness was discriminatory—she was short and rude to everyone. We seat ourselves and she comes to our table to say “Ready?” and jots down our orders. Fair. Our drinks comes out momentarily. She continues to be short and abrupt with us—not allowing anyone to ask for anything or make a comment. She even rolls her eyes.
A older gentleman brings out our appetizers (which were good) and then within a decent amount of time, we get our garnishments. Shortly after, our Pho bowls come out. It was pulling teeth to talk to her. But yet, she’s the only one who is on the floor to help us. What happened? Did everyone else in the restaurant quit? And all we have left is her? My husband got so fed up, that he told her “Hey! You need to lose the attitude” but the comment went over her head 😞
We spent $170 for 2 adults with kids! We were treated like people with no voices. I really enjoyed the food and want to come back but I cannot deal with her again. The way she made us feel made us want to spit out our [delicious Vietnamese] food. If that part doesn’t bother you, then go right ahead.
Note: In Vietnam, there are street vendors, small mom n’ pop eateries, which are cut and dry and no smile with service as the norm. Also, the entire dining room was full of VIETNAMESE folk jabbering in their native tongues and Asians—And that’s an awesome sign that the food is authentic.

Disappointed with how this was handled. I called at 7:23 PM to place a pickup order and informed them I was 30 minutes away and already driving. Even though the posted closing time is 9 PM, I was told I had to pick it up within 15 minutes or they wouldn’t take my order. I understand every business has its policies, but the way it was communicated lacked basic courtesy and flexibility. Unfortunately, experiences like this make it hard to want to return.
Do not order your food from the app delivery to pick up order because they will not make your food even though the apps said delivery or pick up . they will not make it if you wanted to pick up your order for yourself. And I can’t even get my refund or money back. So just please don’t order for pick up.

This is the best pho in the area! Most authentic, quick, and delish! I’ve always ordered over the phone and sat down in the restaurant, I’ve never had issues. The service is not your normal service, they are not there to kiss up to you and win you over as a customer. I really don’t mind at all! I don’t need any of that, if you are a person expecting that, I recommend ordering for pickup!

Do not support this scammy business. They have options online to pickup and order through doordash, Uber eats, Postmates, grubhub, and seamless but when you arrive they say they DO NOT accept those (after your order is active and you get charged on those platforms) and makes you order AGAIN with their charging MORE. They are rude and terrible to deal with DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. save double the money!

Ordered food on door dash, canceled our order after getting there, then upcharged when we ordered the exact same thing. Horrible customer service when we called and asked why they canceled order and upcharged us they just hung up the phone. Wouldn’t waste your time.

Ordered on doordash for pickup and they canceled our order bc they don't allow walk ins with doordash. Ordered same thing in person on door dash app and they charged me more. They are trying to get more money at location than on app. Don't go here shady business.

Ordered delivery from this place and received maybe the worst egg rolls I've ever had. Here's some advice, if you burn it, consider making new ones. Don't let overdone food leave the restaurant. Won't be ordering from here ever again.
