This was absolutely pur favorite local Pho restaurant. Food was fresh, great tasting and good quantities. The owner and his wife were always friendly amd took the time to talk to you. Several months ago everything changed. I have not seen either of them and the food quality has dropped to the point we will not order from them again at this point. We have been ordering to have it delivered and it gets worse each time. Today's order which was not even remotely prepared as ordered included shoe leather disguised as meat. It's a shame to lose the best pho restaurant in the area. I would not recommend eating here under any circumstances.

Update: Unfortunately the food is no where near as good as it was. Pretty sure the âfreshâ basil I got was rancid. The service is disconnected and no longer welcoming. The prices have also shot up. Donât want to bash the place, but my days of going are becoming fewer and fewer. Not sure that we will come here again unless desperate for pho.

Donât waste your time! bring your own seasonings. Ive waited just about 25mins for one of the blandest âseafoodâ bowls (16.99$) with added mixed vegetables (5.99$) I also got Rocket shrimp(6.99$), which to no surprise was fried to death.

This place was very good and never disappointed, until recently when I believe the previous owners are no longer there. I tried to ask the guy who was there if he is the new owner but he barely spoke English so he did not respond. The food was bland and service is so horrible. Expect to have a long wait time after ordering, service is slow with little to no service at all. Sad, this place used to have very good food with friendly owners. We wonât be returning.

Update: I had 5 stars about a year ago. Unfortunately, I think the people running it sold it or stepped back from operations. Service stinks now. They dont even answer the phone half the time and whoever is cooking is nowhere close to as good. Sad, since it was great and we don't have a ton of options in Grassfield. I hope the owners take notice.

Only one staff member who was very rude. Waited 45 minutes for my take out order to be served as dine in. Waited another 15 minutes for it to be boxed up. Asked where my food was because my lunch break is now over only to be told heâs remaking it? And I have to wait for other peoples orders to be fulfilled first Before I get mine. I finally get my takeout and rush out of the door to get back to my job site only to find he had dumped all my food into the bottom of my bag. $30 and over an hour of my time wasted

#31 Spicy Lemongrass chickenâŠ. Keep it the same as original. I was the one who tried both samples of chicken (sliced and chunked) Both were great!! But please donât change it from the original.(sliced thin) I liked that one better imo

A surprising eatery a minute from my home. Great food, freshly made and delicious. Purchased steak and brisket pho with thin vermicelli, cilantro, slivers of meat and veg all cooked in a rich clear broth. fresh bean sprout, jalapeño and basil on side. Vietnamese bahn mi with chicken, beef pork and fresh cucumbers jalapeños lettuce , ask for extra sprouts and basil, spring rolls=dios mio delicioso, crispy egg roll(Chinese spring roll style), chowmein with freshly cooked veg, beef, pork and shrimp on crispy noodles.
Parking: Handicap parking you must cross the street after parking.

Great spot. Lovely atmosphere, was quite as we got here in the early afternoon. Husband and wife team were wonderful, very informative and great with service. Food was delicious and even had enough left over for seconds.
