I will go ahead and say it, BEST broth I have ever tasted! Would also say it’s the best pho in the Hampton roads area. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and we always have a pleasant and hospitable experience dining in.

I've been coming here since they first opened and they were great. Fresh hot pho broth, great fast service. Then this year happened and they changed the restaurant. We weren't greeted by kind owners but by machine kiosks in front. The owners were out of the country I think during a peroid of time and the workers they hired to run the place ran it into the ground. The food/broth wasn't good and didn't taste home made like it used to. I don't know what happened but I miss the old Pho Yeah. I'm sad it's temporarily closed and I hope it's not permanent.

Extremely mediocre in all regards, lacking friendly service, with unauthentic Vietnamese dishes and bad value for what you pay. The meat is cheap and very salty and they only have teriyaki as an option. Vietnamese food isn't hard to get decent so this spot is a disappointment

No AC, no good service (lady who served us made us feel uncomfortable), the food was horrendous coming from a Việt this was the worse pho I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was so hot and they made us pay first probably knowing that they serve terrible food, and the boba pearls was hard as rocks. Never again. DONT COME HERE!!!!

This was absolutely pur favorite local Pho restaurant. Food was fresh, great tasting and good quantities. The owner and his wife were always friendly amd took the time to talk to you. Several months ago everything changed. I have not seen either of them and the food quality has dropped to the point we will not order from them again at this point. We have been ordering to have it delivered and it gets worse each time. Today's order which was not even remotely prepared as ordered included shoe leather disguised as meat. It's a shame to lose the best pho restaurant in the area. I would not recommend eating here under any circumstances.

Update: Unfortunately the food is no where near as good as it was. Pretty sure the “fresh” basil I got was rancid. The service is disconnected and no longer welcoming. The prices have also shot up. Don’t want to bash the place, but my days of going are becoming fewer and fewer. Not sure that we will come here again unless desperate for pho.

Don’t waste your time! bring your own seasonings. Ive waited just about 25mins for one of the blandest “seafood” bowls (16.99$) with added mixed vegetables (5.99$) I also got Rocket shrimp(6.99$), which to no surprise was fried to death.
This place was very good and never disappointed, until recently when I believe the previous owners are no longer there. I tried to ask the guy who was there if he is the new owner but he barely spoke English so he did not respond. The food was bland and service is so horrible. Expect to have a long wait time after ordering, service is slow with little to no service at all. Sad, this place used to have very good food with friendly owners. We won’t be returning.

Update: I had 5 stars about a year ago. Unfortunately, I think the people running it sold it or stepped back from operations. Service stinks now. They dont even answer the phone half the time and whoever is cooking is nowhere close to as good. Sad, since it was great and we don't have a ton of options in Grassfield. I hope the owners take notice.

Only one staff member who was very rude. Waited 45 minutes for my take out order to be served as dine in. Waited another 15 minutes for it to be boxed up. Asked where my food was because my lunch break is now over only to be told he’s remaking it? And I have to wait for other peoples orders to be fulfilled first Before I get mine. I finally get my takeout and rush out of the door to get back to my job site only to find he had dumped all my food into the bottom of my bag. $30 and over an hour of my time wasted
